SPECIAL REPAIR TO EXISTING BOUNDARY WALL LENGTH 18 MTR NEAR BUILDING NO P1 AND BOUNDARY WALL LENGTH 160 MTR NEAR BUILDING P2 TO P3 AND PROVN OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT SARAIBARI UNDER GE JORHAT

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good disturbed surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm on soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in footing, foundation beam, bases of column plinth beams, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
