Pre/Post monsoon works including maintenance in food storage godowns, various repairs in depot premises, repairs and servicing of rolling shutters, TS survey at FSD Borivali for year 2026-27

Repairing of roof godown with water proofing material such as Bitumen felt / bitumen/ tarplastic or any other water proofing material etc.approved by the Engineer in charge with including replacement of bitument washer and tightening of 'J' hooks & nuts wherever required (Details of cost for 5000 MT capacity godown) for full period of contract

Repair and maintenance of GI/Profile roof of godown with material such as silicon sealant, self driilling/self tapping screws of size 5.5 x 55 mm with EPDM seal, including greasing of turbo ventilators as and when required during the contract period complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Details of cost for 5000 MT capacity godown)

Providing gola 75x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :In 75x75mm deep chase

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (twice in one year)

Cleaning of internal drains, Nallha Storm water drains etc. for smooth flow of water including disposal of rubbish outside the depot premises with all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in charge. (The drains are to keep clean during the full period of contract)

Repairing and Greasing of rolling shutters at the rate of 500 grams yellow cup grease of good quality each shutter after cleaning with Kerosene oil properly including tensioning of springs / replacement of spring wherever required including replacement of damaged stripes and side guides koni complete and making easy push & pull operation and removing the top cover and refixing the same after greasing with all materials and labour etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Twice in a year).

Providing and filling in position elastomeric crack filler compound conforming to ASTM C 834 – 91 for sealing of construction joints in industrial/warehouse panel flooring all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Filling and plugging of rodent burrows/chambers inside godown floors and platforms by flushing with water, placing approved rat repellent cake inside the burrow, filling with mixture of bentonite, cement and iron filings in approved proportion, prepared in hand operated mixer, compacting with tamping rod in layers, and finishing the surface flush with adjoining floor with neat cement floating coat, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. wire mesh of 0.60 mm dia conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 1568 in patches of required size to plinths and platforms after dismantling the existing cement plaster around rodent burrows/channels, including dressing the edges, fixing the mesh with suitable G.I. nails, and re-plastering the area with 15–25 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) conforming to IS: 2250, to match the existing thickness, line and level, including making good the surface complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
