The undermentioned job order for :- Repair/replacement to worn out/defective/Unserviceable items for proper functionalty of Maruti Gypsy (BA No 11B-111605K) (a) Dismantling of unserviceable and servicing by replacing new. Material & Spares:- (i) Air Filter - 01 Set (ii) Oil Filter - 01 Set (iii) Point Assembly - 01 Set (iv) Condenser - 01 Set (v) Fuel/ Filter - 01 Set (vi) Timing Belt - 01 Set (vii) Jetmain-01 set (viii) Coolant - 03 ltrs. (ix) Gear Oil - 03 Ltrs (x) Engine Oil - 5.5 Ltr. (xi) Timing Bearing- 01 set. (b) Taking out repairing of radiator inspection cleaning of fins of radiator by descalling soultion inside the tubes including welding/bracing tubes including cleaning of heads and footer of radiator and change radiator elbow and making leak proof and good serviceable condition. (c) Repairing of brake system wheel greasing the vehicle including the repair/replaement of control system following parts :- (i) Brake Shoe - 02 Nos. (ii) Brake Oil - 0.5 ltr. (iii) Wheel Oil Seal - 04 Nos. (iv) Wheel Bearing front - 02 Nos. (v) Wheel Bearing Rear - 02 Nos. (vi) grease - 0.5 Kg (vii) Replacement of wiper blade-02 Nos (viii) Cylinder Kit -01 Nos (ix) Wheal alignement & Wheel balancing with aluminum weight. -01 Job (d)Dismantling of alternator from the vehicles & refixing the same after replacement of cut out, carbon brush and rewinding of armature and wiper motor repair complete. - 01 Job (e) Reapiring / Replacemnet /Servicing of Gear Box, Clitch Plate, Pressure Plate and testing complete. - 01 Job (f) Supervision spring tension including testing complete including.- 01 Job (g) Repairing of PT pump including calibration and fixing of barrel plunger drive techno height and carrier gasket etc and fixing complete- 01 Job (h) (i) Taking out tier and rotation properly front and rear-01 Job (ii) Taking out fuel tank cleaning properly and re-fixing-01 Job.
