WORK OF INSTALLATION OF NEW 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F AT 220 KV S/S, NEHTAUR UNDER ETD DHAMPUR. Note:-1- M.S rod, flat and Transformer its equpment will be provided by the department. 2- All Required material, Labour, centrifuging machine & T&P etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Shifting/dragging of 40 MVA T/F main tank from unloading site to T/f plinth up to 20 Mtrs Distance including turning to tank if required Including all T&P and work requrid to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of 40 MVA T/F 05 Meters per job or part there of including turning if any.

Complete erection of 40 MVA T/F by erection radiators conservator tank all bushing their turrets connecting all pipe line cooling fans motor driver mechanism of tap changer RTCC panels oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines to complete the job satiseactory incuding first filing of oil the topping of transformer oil (not circulation) in tank radiators, oil pipe lines conservator tank etc and other associated work for satisfactorily completion of work no department crane/T&P Shall be provided.

centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV & PPM value of the oil periodically till therequired value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer the work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the oil in T/F and tank.

Termination of cable in Marshaling box from C&R panel & RTCC panel after ferruling and redressing.

Earthing of T/F body MB,DM box OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75x10/50x6 mm MS flat and 40 mm M.S Rod after making delta formation with 3 M Long electrodes.

Jumpering of T/F from HV with single moose/panther and LV side with double Zebra/Moose complete up to 33 KV main bus.
