Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all arches quoins etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles etc complete all as specificed and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition wall and ceiling boards (fibre, Pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets & snap grid frame etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as spcified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete all as spcified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling unframed 40 sq cm and over in section in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per the description of item No. 12 here-in- before but except bricks.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacture's instructions complete all as specified. Note: (a) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. (b)The work is to be carried out upto 10 mtr height.

10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Non-skid jointless coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as spcified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 300mm x 6mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified tiles 10 mm thick, light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered coloured cement concrete tiles of size 300 x 300 x 18-20mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

60mm thick factory made machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape, size and design as approved by Engr-in charge confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushion and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete all as specified and directed.

80mm thick factory made machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape, size and design as approved by Engr-in charge confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick, as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified and directed. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregete as in sides of rounded or chamfered on edges of interlocking tiles including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.
