Taking down old unserviceable aluminium over head conductor of any type/size from existing LT poles and deposting to MES store yard, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing non functional security/street light fittings from pole/wall/pipe of any type of fitting including High mast light/semi high mast light of any wattage, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling street light poles/ struts, any size transporting to store and within 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable UG XLPE Cable from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside within 50m, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only security/street light fittings received from item No 2.00 above after minor repairs to make it fuctional complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 31(9.0m long pole) as per IS:2713 (part I to III) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws complete including dismantling of exsiting pole all as specified including consisting of following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide & 1.57 mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavated of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation 900mmx600mm cross section and planting depth 1.5 mtr for concrete encasing the pole upto GL complete all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for plinth block/collar above GL 500mm high and 450 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5mm above plinth block.

(e) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block Roman, Italic as Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of apprised shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Manufacture's test certificate will be produced before execution work.

Supply and fix in repair LED street light luminaires 60 watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughned glass and IP66 protection complete including 1.2 mtr long bend to shape GI pipe of desired size for fixing of security light & service connection cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for hot press moulded PVC junction box of size 230mm x 170 mm x105 mm with 200A TPN Aluminium bus bars mounted/fixed on porcelien insulator shock and rust proof,cable entry from bottom and other sides,100% weatherproof, with pole mounting arrengement temper proof,fire retardant class FV-0 as per IS 11731 part -II or V-O as per UL-94 including flat iron clamp of size 25 x 3 mm with nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,laying of cables etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 40 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 50 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/hardstanding including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured.

Supply and laying dry well burnt locally available brick sub class 'B' modular bricks laid flat with width equal to the length of whole bricks over cable as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling through bore hole by trenchless technology without disturbing the existing road or hard surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI bracket for security light & street light fittings fabricated with GI tubing 40 mm dia 'medium grade' 1.2 m long including and bending/welding to angle of 120 degree complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down security light & street light fittings with GI tubing complete and Refixing/shifting on street light pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Fixing GI electrode chemical earthing of high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI tested maintenance free chemical earthing pit to achive earth resistance value less than or equal to 3 Ohm & EN voltage < 02 V,pipe in pipe technology based in which primary conductor (Pipe) having 40 MM dia and primary conductor is inserted into secondray conductor having 80 MM dia. The primary conductor is inserted into secondory conductor and space between secondary and primary conductor of earthing electrode should be filled crystalline compound. The length of this electrodes is min 3000 MM (3 meters) and earth pit's bore hole should be of dia 200 to 250 mm and min depth 3.50 meters. Length of electrode will be increased with connecting of 25 x 4 mm GI strip extra,and total depth should not less than 3.50 meters. Around the earth electrode earth pit borehole should be backfilled with minimum 50 Kg of ground enhencement compound ERIC Contains mixture of Silica sulphate,Alumina, Iron Oxide, titanium Oxide, Calcium Oxide,Sodium Oxide, Zink Oxide etc. ). including RCC earthing pit having 450 x 450 Cl chamber cover all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note : If less than 3 Ohm result has not acheived at site the contractor is responsible to do grid system to achieve the desired result and no extra payment shall be made to the contractor for making grid system.) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel clamp fabricated with mild steel flat iron 50 x 6 mm including nut and bolts with washer suitable for fixing of GI bracket on PCC/ steel poles fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old Meter Box Panel of any type complete all as specified directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for including taking down sub main wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade FRLS single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2x6 sqmm +1x 6 sqmm as earth continuity cable passing through and including 25/20mm dia PVC concelled conduit as required at site & including chases cutting & making good disturbed surface & applying finishes to match existing surface all as specified and directed Note - Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6.0 sqmm including PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for cable straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories for 3.5/4 core XLPE cable of size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm insulated armoured aluminium cable including taking down old/unserveciable joint kit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable with cable gland, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes 25 sq mm 4 core including taking down old unserviceable XLPE cable, complete all as specified and directed.
