Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401Including cost of all material, T&P, Labour, all taxes and labour cess etc but Excluding G.S.T. )

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (Including cost of all material, T&P, Labour, all taxes and labour cess etc but Excluding G.S.T. )

Providing and applying primer coat with SS bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying dense (Grade-1) bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (Grade-2) with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M35) over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

PCC Grade M15 using batching plant & manual placing:-Concrete from sub-analysis of concrete Rate Using Batching Plant 15 Cum Capacity (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

PCC Grade M20 using batching plant & manual placing:-Concrete from sub-analysis of concrete Rate Using Batching Plant 15 Cum Capacity (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Mild Steel or iron in plan work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bendd hools and authorized overlapping shall be measured up to floor level. Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from Roadway Cutting with all lift, lead & transporting to site spreading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2(Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing & laying rubber moulded (Gray Colour) of Interlocking Concrete Block pavements having thickness 80mm including and dressing of surface to required level and slope, spreading and moisting 3cm thick local sand on bend, filling joints with local sand etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1504 (Ch 18D NS) Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Road Marking with hot applied Thermoplastic reflectorising Glass Beads on Butumunous Surface (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Supplying and Instalation of Delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object marker) 80-100cm, high above ground level, painted black and white in 15cm, wide strips, fitted with 80x100 mm rectangular or 75mm dia circular reflectorised panel at the top buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC:79 and the drawing. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 years out door weathering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 and proff of the same in the form of government report shall be uploded while quooating tender. 90cm high Octangon (On Village link roads- for Stop Sign Caution Board) (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Above Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Above Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 % on Above Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Above Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1.00 % on Above Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
