Comprehensive Maintenance for the lift : (Routine, preventive, breakdown) as per attached format (Daily, Weekly, Forthnightly ,Monthly, Quaterly, Halfyearly maintenance) and keeping the lift and its connected equipments in serviceable condition (on all days including holidays) and during all type of weather/condition for the undermentioned lift of any make and capacity , types (geared or gearless, auto or mannual operated with or without VVVF drive system with or without ARD system etc) and also maintaining the necessary documents complete all as specified and directed. Location:- passenger lift of make Asharam electricals, serving ground +3 upper floor and installed at G J Block AFMC,Pune. Notes:- (a) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of all the maintenance, repair and including replacement of components and parts (except those considered under item Nos. 4 to 14 herein after) that too for the specific lift as indicated therein to keep the lift in perfect serviceable condition. The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lift in serviceable condition at the time of completion of work. The payment for replacement of parts/components considered item No. 4 to 14 here in after shall only be made for separetely in case required and ordered.

The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lifts in serviceable condition at the time of completion of works. The payment for replacement of parts/components considered item No. 4 to 14 here in after shall only be made for separetely in case required and ordered.

Notes:- (a) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of all the maintenance, repair and including replacement of components and parts (except those considered under item Nos. 4 to 14 herein after) that too for the specific lift as indicated therein to keep the lift in perfect serviceable condition. The contractor shall be responsible for handing over the lift in serviceable condition at the time of completion of work. The payment for replacement of parts/components considered item No. 4 to 14 here in after shall only be made for separetely in case required and ordered.

Taking out old unserviceable travelling cable from hoist way and supply and fixing new travelling cable PVC insulated 12 core, flat type with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volt grade of size 0.75 sqmm, conforming to relavent IS with and including crimping with lugs of appropriate thimbles, suspended types, freely moveables with car cabin up & down between ground & upper floor including necessary proper connection etc with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Finolex / Polycab / Incab.

Taking out existing old defective senser and in lieu providing new senser (Labada) safety edge with power unit for full height of car door to safeguard passenger entering and leaving the lift suitable for 04 to 13 passenger capacity lift complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Weco / Memco equivalent makes as approved.

Taking out existing unserviceable cabin fan and providing new cabin fan, Non-Oscilating type axial flow single speed, 300 mm sweep, 240 Volt with grill complete all as specified and directed. Make:- EMCO/VBM/CINI

Taking out existing light fitting and in lieu S&F new LED fittings, 16 watt complete with and including LED, all accessories fixtures of make CROMPTONGREAVES: Cat part No. CCLB 16CDL 16 watt or equivalent of make Bajaj/Philips as approved by GE.

Taking out existing unserviceable main hoist steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new steel wire rope 13 mm dia, galvanised 8/19 construction, conforming to IS-14665 including making necessary connection with weight, pulley and car cabin clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. Make:- Usha Martine or equivalent as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out U/S car door from car cabin supplying and fixing new car door comprises of 02 Nos. Power operated, centre opening of horizontal sliding stainless steel panel of 18 SWG with hair line finish(N-304) flush type panels complete with remove headers, hangers, door drive unit, VVVF door drive unit for motor complete with all accessories control connection etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location:- GJ Block AFMC 08 passenger lift.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable landing door supply and fixing new landing door comprising of 02 Nos. Power operated center opening by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 18 SWG with hair line finish, flush type panel complete with hangers, header gate lock aluminium sill etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Location:- GJ Block AFMC, 08 passenger lift.

Disconnecting & taking out defective unserviceable main drive (any type) from existing control panel and supply and fixing new main drive VVVF drive upto 11.0 KW in G+3 storey building complete with all electric connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Yasakava/Fuji.

Taking out existing defective Landing push button switch (LOP) Switch and in lieu S&F new LOP switch complete with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing defective Car operating button switch (COP) Switch and in lieu S&F new COP switch complete with all accessories/fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing defective battery and S&F in replacement of Battery 12 Volt 18 AH/26 AH for existing ARD of lifts complete all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : EXIDE/ AMARON).
