SITC of Sandwich PUF Panel for cold room wall & ceiling, insulation should be cyclopentane PUF having density 40Kg/M3 60mm thickness, fire resistance, mattelic cam /flasing lock joint with prepainted G.I sheet 0.4 mm thick inside and outside. Corner panels are to be provided for neat and clean room complete in all respect.

SITC of Floor of PUF Panel density 40 Kg/M3 with insulation of 60mm Cyclopentane PUF with 12 mm marine ply & 1.2 mm Aluminium Chequer Sheet anti skid flooring.

SITC of flush type door assembly having opening of 34"x78" with door frame, door leaf magnetic gasket, door closure, sweaper gasket, handle with lock assembly & door hinges with view port 300x300 mm & PVC strip curtain including rescue button, so that in case door is locked, door may be open from inside. (excluding cost of PUF Panel)

SITC of invertor based cooling unit consisting of condensing & evaporator unit in S.S. body with R404a refrigerent of capacity 10000 BTU/Hr. with energy efficient hermatic/scroll compressor, Temperature range should be +2 degree Cent to +8 degree Cent. Operation on 220/415 volt 50Hz AC supply, complete with refrigeration control panel accessories, first charge of refrigerant gas with stand/ wall bracket for placement of outdoor unit. Temperature controller hard refrigerant copper piping of suitable 3/8 & 5/8 sizes beteween indoor & outdoor with 19mm thick nitrile insulation, control cable etc. Standard practice U-PVC condensate drain piping size 32mm with 9mm insulation with voltage stabilizer of suitable capacity, pull down time should be 24hrs, compressor run time should be not more than 18 hr. within 24 hrs. complete in all respect.
