Material and labour for general servicing package type AC of 8.75TR capacity of 03 Nos Make:- voltas at Kiran DSS Hanger including carried out the following works complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge :- a) Cleaning of return air filters b) Checking of blower fan belt's alignment and serviceablity c) Servicing of electrical control panel board and its wiring of the plant d) Cleaning of drain lines e) Checking of leakage of Gas f) Checking of pressure Note:- The above checks shall be caried out every three months.

Cleaning of indoor and outdoor Condenser coil / Evaporator coil as per manufacturers standard practice (contractor has to submit standard practice/Guideline list for cleaning to Deptt duly signed by original manufacturers auth representative) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The above checks shall be caried out once in four months

Material and labour for vaccumising, dehydrating and carry out pressure test with nitrogen gas including ensuring that there is no leakage in the system complete for the above package units complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of R - 404 A Refrigerent gas and charging in the AC plant installed at Hanger complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - The Gas shall be procured from original manufacturers or auth manufacturerer stockist/distributor/dealer only and GST voucher etc shall be submitted to Deptt

Material and labour for dismantling of hermatically sealed compressor of model No. ZR 57KC - TFD - 522, make - Copeland suitable for 4.40 TR plant and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of new compresser of suitable rating,model as per site requirement in all respects complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make - Copeland/Tecumseh/Kirloskar/Accel/Voltas/Carrier/Bluestar. Note - (a) The compressor shall be procured from Original Manufacturer of AC Plant (i.e) Copeland. It not available in market or other suitable make as specified above shall be procured from Original Manufacturers or authorized stockiest/distributor/dealer. (b) Contractor has to submit Manufactures warranty certificate duly mentioned the make, Sl No, Model No of compressor alongwith GST Purchase Voucher.

Material and labour for dismantling of fan in the outdoor unit of capacity 8.75TR AC Plant, and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of new Fan, Single phase,400 watts of suitable size as per existing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Voltas/Bluestar/Carrier/Feders Lloyd Corp Ltd.

Material and labour for removing the blower motor of capacity 2 HP installed at Hanger for rewinding and winding the motor with same guage, weight and same number of turns of super annealed copper wire including paper /tape of approved quality and varnishing with Class I varnishing compound including heating and re-assembling the motor, testing and commissioning after rewinding/repairing including replacement of worn out bearing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labourfor cleaning the cooling tower of capacity 70 TR central AC plant installed at FMS building and draining out complete water, cleaning honey comb fins by castic soda and wire brush including cleaning the cooling tower tank and removed all algae from the basin, removing sediments from the all around cooling tower and GI pipes complete with replacement of 50mm float valve complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Cleaning shall be carried out once in six month.

Material and labour for Dismantling and overhauling of Air handling unit of capacity 70 TR central AC plant installed at FMS and assembling , testing for following parts complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.. (a) Inspect absolute filters , removed and clean by used vaccum cleaner and refix the same. (b) Clean cooling coil, applying grease for all motors, check and adjust belt tension if required, check condition of blower shaft, scroll, impeller and bearings, check tightness of all electrical terminations, clean water line strainers, check proper balancing system, check for noise and vibration. (c) Check healthy operation of controls and safety devices. (d) Air filters: Removal and fixing after cleaning by Air Blower and water.Note: Cleanig shall be carried out every 03 months.
