Neccessity :- There is Many old building in Mohla, Distt : Mohla Manpur A. Chowki .where new offices open due to no regular office building .its condition is very poor nead repir and renovation urgently . And max number of windows get damage due to rusting and heat /rain water. it is necessary to repair such building where 1000 numbers of people comes daily. it is also a very famous college in mohla due to this estimate has been framed for AA and Allotement.

Provision :- The provision made in the estimate as below-

1 Dismantling work plaster, flooring, RCC platerform etc.

2 Providing and laying nominal mix reinforced cement concrete with crushed graded stone with RCC M-20 grade

3 Brick work with modular fly-ash lime bricks (FaLG Bricks) confirming to IS:12894-2002 of class designation 4.0 in CM 1:6

4 Provoding and fixing in position, windows and ventilators frames made of angle iron section.

5 Providing and fixing aluminium for door and fittings.

6 Providing and fixing M.S. grill of approved pattern made of M.S. flats or square or round bars

7 Providing and Fixing rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622-2017 of approved make

8 Providing and Fixing rectified glazed ceramic wall/dado tiles of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622-2017 of approved make

9 Providing and making 12mm thick cement plaster of mix: In Cement Mortar 1:5

10 Providing and applying water proofing compound at toilet floor.

11 Providing/Fixing water supply & sanitary fittings all complete

Rates & Specification :- Rate provided as per the PWD Building SOR inforced from date 01/01/2015 amndt up to date and work will be executed as per CPWD specifaication.
