Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of heavy class MS pipe, IS:1239 marked with all necessary fittings like tees, elbows, flanges, reducers, gaskets, nuts and bolts etc. welded or screwed joints as required including fixing the pipe with necessary structural supports of following sizes: -

Providing and fixing exhaust, Diesel engine driven pump exhaust M. Providing and fixing M.S. structural work fabricated from standard sections, (ISI Mark MS rounds, angles, channels etc.) including cutting to size, drilling welding including cost of fasteners clamps in R.C.C. structural members as directed, including two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of primer after surface preparation including cutting and making good walls complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling of bore hole and existing MS pipe upto 200 mm and placeing the copper ferrul upto size 25 mm for insertion of GI pipe as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following fire fighting panel suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wires, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be free standing floor mounting sheet metal enclosed dust and vermin proof conforming to IP-52, compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet steel, painting, earthing numbering, danger plate as per specifications and drawings, flush front with Aluminium busbars, separate earth bus bars to be provided throughout the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeder breakers, fuses, indicating lamps etc. shall be accommodated in a modular multitier arrangement. The painting shall done as per relevant IS codes/as specified in the specifications.CPRI approved firm should be mentioned with drg & design as approved by GE. Adequate size cable alley shall be provided all round the panel and in the back for each cable bending and termination. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI/TAC/Fire authority approved vendor. The outgoing feeders inside the panel shall be connected through solid bus bars. Flexible cable links are not acceptable. Bus bars shall be provided with heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be colour coded. The panels shall be suitable for cable entry from top. The minimum fault rupturing of all incoming and outgoing switches/breakers shall be 35 KA. The panels shall be fabricated after the approval of fabrication drawings. Main Fire Pump Panel Incoming (i) MCCB TPN 400A (35 KA)-01 No. (ii) Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps, insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be color coded. (iii) Current transformer (400/5A)-03 Nos.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer suitable for 100 KVA (Level-2) step down floor mounted outdoor type 11/.433, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, IS: 1180-2014 (Fourth Edition) ISI marked, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (Tapping range + 5 % to - 10% in equal step of 2.5 % ) changed by means of manualy operated " off load" taps changing gear. Note:- (i) Anything missed above but is required for efficient functioning of transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Full load testing shall be done at site. The artificial load shall be arranged by contractor. This is included in above quoted rate.

Supply, installations, testing & commissioning of 11 KV of rating 630 Amp RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted (Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), VCB type-I RMU (RING Main unit) three way comprising of two numbers insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside. RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar, one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under: - (a) RMU type installation Outdoor Extensible type, arc proof as per IEC:62271-2000 for design Manufacturing and testing.
