M&L for 15MM thick rendering in CM (1:3) on brick or concrete surfaces in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick, finishing the surfaces with even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- WPC measured separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for Bitumen blown any grade , applied hot, two coats to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5Kg sqm per coat. Including polythene film, black , 50 micron laid in floors.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles 300mmx200mm x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls ( DADO) etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ( in patches to match the existing colour /shed) over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick square/ rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ( in patches to match the existing colour /shed) over and including screed bed 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 all as directed.

M&L for vetrified ceremic tiles 10 mm thick, in LIGHT SHADE, (Square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specfied and directed.
