Inviting tender for the supply of Extruded Floating Pelleted Broodstock Fish feed and other items to various fish seed production farms of the Department of Fisheries in the State.

Manufacturers/Authorized dealers should have supplied 5% of the quantity of the item mentioned in Annexure IVto any government department/govt. Institutions in any one year out of the previous years viz 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

The tenderer should submit letters for satisfactory servicefor 3 customers out of which atleast one fromGovernment Department/Government Institutions.

Manufacturers / Authorized Dealers of the items listed inAnnexure IV are eligible to participate in tender

Manufacturers / Authorized Dealers should have minimumannual turnover of Rs. 25.00 Lakh for previous three years of 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.

The sample of items(one full bag of Pelleted feed andminimum 5kg of Ground nut oil cake and ricebran )mentioned in Annexure IV have to be submitted on orbefore 22/07/2026 for proximate composition analysisalong with feed composition certificate. Proximatecomposition analysis report will be one of the evaluationciteria in technical bid.
