M&L for complete overhauling and serviceing commercial type washing machine steam heated front loading type upto 30 Kg capacity automatic type with all controls and electric motors, contactors, drives, controller, single phase preventor, MCBs, timers, NO/NC contacts, thermal overload relay, HRC fuse and along with same size for drying tumbler complete with induction motors complete with attending minor issues as below complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply only copper tube, aluminium fin Steam Radiator with heat exchanger in low temperature for drying tumbler of 15/20/30 kg capacity as per sample complete including all accessories as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE for Item No 1 to18:- (a) Spares required for the above maintenance shall be measured & paid as Supply only under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'. where not mentioned the quoted rates to be considered accordingly. (b) Repacement of Control panel with wiring and connections, actuators, relays, etc, replacement of any damaged or corroded parts, transformer, diode, springs, contactor, coupling, all mechanical parts, etc complete in all respect is deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted. (c) The maintenance and overhauling will be done by OEM only and report will be submitted to EIC. (d) The Contractor and OEM shall be responsible for defect liability period of similar nature work for any maintenance required after servicing. No extra charge will be applicable for it.

Taking down of induction motor from washing machine/drying tumbler/air compressor after disconnecting the electrical connection complete of following sizes all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for induction motor of washing machine/ drying tumbler/ air compressor after disconnecting the electrical connection and transporting to & from workshop for cutting (i.e machining,work, welding, grinding, turning & polishing, lathe work, filler work etc.) & taking burn out copper winding complete and cleaning properly. Rewinding the motor with same gauge and same turn ratio for proper RPM, best quality copper enamelled winding wire and packing properly with packing materials, varnishings, drying & replacing wornout bearing/terminal plate, reassembling, fixing in original position, testing & commissioning complete of following sizes all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of induction motor in washing machine/drying tumbler/ air compressor after machining work and rewinding the motor in original position, testing & commissioning complete of following sizes all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair of bearing of same size as existing suitable for motor incl all fiiting,fixtures,etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge as following : -

Supply and fix in repair of 3 pole AC contactors, rated for 240V AC suitable for 32 Amp , 7.5 kw, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- CHNT, NC1-3210, L&T, Legrand..

Supply and fix in repair of thermal overload relay suitable for 10A, 240V AC, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- CHNT, NR2-25(4-6A), L&T, Legrand..

Supply and fix in repair of DOL starter suitable for compressor upto 3 HP MK1 type incl. indicating push button,etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: L&T/Seimens/Legrand/C&S

Dismantling & taking out the submersible pump set of 10/20/33 HP capacity from deep bore well with connected cable and column pipes of 3M length with flange end 3"/2'' dia appx 40 to 45 Nos per bore well and disconnecting the cable for removing the submersible pump set for carrying out necessary repairs all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-Development of existing tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for yield test for the existing bore well by continuously pumping for 20000 ltrs to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Neccessary bowser for yield test from test area to sump of main pump house to be arranged by contractor at the own cost.

Lowering of submersible pump set 10/20/33 HP in bore well with connected cable & column pipes, re-assembling column pipe of 3M long with flange ends 3"/2'' dia appx 40 to 45 Nos and testing and commissioning of pump set after repairs including rectification of any leakage to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of GI column pipe heavy grade 3M long 3" bore with welded heavy duty flanges at both ends including a coat of anticorrosive paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of GI column pipe heavy grade 3M long 2" bore with welded heavy duty flanges at both ends complete including a coat of anticorrosive paint all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair submersible cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed industrial 1100 Volts grade multistranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm flat 3 Core complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
