Add extra for using Nimbaheda sand stone rock face stone / Khanda instead for local stone with proper projection, two line dressing of building corners, jambs etc. including uniform joints using aluminium square section of size 12mm to 15mm as per requirement of course and width of stone not less than 12cm including pointing in white cement mortar 1:3 with pigment matching shade of stone. Stone shall be got approved by the authority before commencement. All inclusive of loading, unloading, transportation leads, lift and fixing complete in all respect. (No wastage will be paid any finished work will be measured for pigment. All work as per direction satisfaction of authority and PWD Specification.

Supplying, Providing & fixing gates made out of ISI Marked Mild Steel & cast iron material joint mitred, properly welding and grinded. The door shall be properly fixed to girder / frame / Pillars with hinges including all required screws / rawl plugs / clips / nut bolts / hooks / Angles etc. The gate shall have MS or Cast iron frame fixed with proper bracing as required and as per design. The gates shall also have Decorative items / articles made of cast iron like flowers / chabri's / wheels / semi spherical caps / manniquiens / idols etc. The gate shall have all necessary items like aldrops, latches, locks, stoppers, hinges, wheels, piviots etc as required. Including painting / coating with synthetic enamel / PU Liqour powder /other quality paint as required on surface with two or more coats of required shades of one or more colour as per direction and satisfaction of the authority. All including cutting welding, fixing, transportation and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide, joints must be made even and smooth after jointing / welding. Inclusive of transportation, loading, unloading & fixing. The design sample and material shall be got approved by the authority before start of work. All work shall be done as per direction and satisfaction of authority, Complete as per PWD Specifications.

Supplying, fixing & transporting of Jharoka made out of Red Bansi Paharpur sand stone for window (4' x 6' size). Including dasa minumum 12" projected and 3" thick with carving, 04 Nos properly carved todies, side Jali 2" thick between wall face and pillars, 02 numbers pillars 6"x6", barsot, chajja 2" thick and top dasa. All work as per shape, design, carvings and proportions shown in enclosed photographs. The fixing shall be done in white cement mortar 1:4 with pigment matching shade with stone. The design shall be approved by the authority. All work shall be done as per specifications and satisfaction of authority including all transportation, loading, unloading & fixing .

Supplying, fixing & transporting Chattri's made out of Red Bansi Paharpur sand stone including its base of size 4'0" x 4'0" x 3", 4 Nos. pillars (6" x 6"), 4Nos. meharab fixed between pillars, todies , 4 Nos. Barsot support, 01 Nos. Barsot on top, 4 Nos. Chajjas 1.5" thick, Gumaj with kalash on top. All work as per shape, design, carvings and proportions as per direction & requirement. The fixing shall be done in white cement mortar 1:4 with pigment matching shade with stone. The design shall be approved by the authority. All work shall be done as per specifications and satisfaction of authority including all transportation, loading, unloading & fixing.

Supplying, fixing & transporting of ornamental carved for pillars, beams, pats, veneering, articles and ornamental works with minimum 50 mm thick to 100 mm thick as per requirement made out of Red Bansi Paharpur sand stone . All work as per shape, design, size as approved by the authority. The fixing shall be done in white cement mortar 1:4 / araldite with brass rods with pigment matching shade with stone. Including all transportation, loading, unloading & fixing. Stone shall be got approved by the authority before start of work. All work shall be done as per direction and satisfaction of authority, Complete as per PWD Specifications.

Providing and fixing in CM 1 : 4 double paitam (rebated) Red Bansi Paharpur sand stone door window and ventilator frames. All work as per shape, design and carvings as approved by the authority. . Including all transportation, loading, unloading & fixing. Stone shall be got approved by the authority before start of work. All work shall be done as per direction and satisfaction of authority, Complete as per PWD Specifications. For following sizes: size 150 x 150mm

Paving with First Sort stone with having Min. thick of 200mm laid on 30-35 mm average thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including jointing and pointing and all, laid in approved pattern complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. All inclusive of transportation, loading & fixing. Stone and design shall be got approved by the authority before start of work. All work shall be done as per direction and satisfaction of authority, Complete as per PWD Specifications.

P&F of Red Banshi Pahadpur sand stone 75mm thick "Kangoora" to be fixed using cement Mortar 1 : 4 all work inclusive of carving,detailing,making transportation intallation,finising etc complete in all respect.the stone shall be got approved from the authority before start of work.all work has to be done as per specification design,drawing and satisfection of the authority.

Supplying and fixing Red Bansi Paharpur sand stone dressed 75 mm and width min 400mm(as per approval) dasa/ coping with ornamental shape having moulding and "Gola Shape" engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. with proper adhesive /clips/ Cramps, pins and scaffolding, etc. All inclusive of transportation, loading & fixing. Stone and design shall be got approved by the authority before start of work. All work shall be done as per direction and satisfaction of authority, Complete as per PWD Specifications.

Supplying, fixing & transporting Baradari made out of Red Bansi Paharpur sand stone of size 20' long x 6' wide, 8 Nos. pillars (12" x 12"), 8Nos. meharab fixed between pillars, 4 Nos. Barsot support, 01 Nos. Barsot on top, 4 Nos. Chajjas 2" thick, Gumajs with 5 Nos kalash on top. All work as per shape, design, carvings and proportions. The fixing shall be done in white cement mortar 1:4 with pigment matching shade with stone. The design shall be approved by the authority. All work shall be done as per specifications and satisfaction of authority including all transportation, loading, unloading & fixing .
