Design, construction, commissioning & testing of Non Mechanical Rapid Gravity Filter Plant of capacity as under (8 hrs working in a day). This work includes construction of RCC receiving chamber, baffle channel, floculator, clarifier, collecting channel, filter beds , operation gallery, clear water chamber, channel, chlorination chamber, pipe system for carrying raw water from Pump House to inlet of RGF, clear water from Plant to CWR, De-sludging system including providing pipe system from clarifier , floculator & back wash water chamber to existing storage tank, Back wash pump set with piping system, , air blower as per design, interconnection of raw water, clear water, sludge pipes etc. including allied works such for construction ,commissioning of system as specified in tender documents at various water supply schemes Above 45 KLH and up to 60 KLH
Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.In Cement mortar.
Demolishing R.B. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead up to 50 meter and with all lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 m) , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:
Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as require including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.
Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thick single leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint
Finishing with neat cement (punning).
Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
