Excavation for roadway in earth soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from other sources upto lead of 50 metre including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compaction with vibratory roller with V-Sat attachment to achieve not less than 97% of standard proctor density etc. complete (Material obtained from Other sources).

Conveying the material obtained from road cutting for a lead of 0.5KM

Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.For Grading I Material.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete Medium duty (100 kilogram) cover of size 60 centimeter x 45centimeter with frame over inspection chamber complete.

Wet Mix Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Laying By Grader/Paver.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boiler on Black Top surface at 2.50 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VG-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of Grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 80/100 milimetre compacted thickness with 3.3 percent VG-30 bitumen using Batch Mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor Paver, vibratory roller.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of Grading-1, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.20 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50 milimetre compacted thickness with VG-30 Bitumen, excluding prime/tack coat. Using Batch mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Sensor Paver, Vibratory Roller with Stone Dust filler.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kilogram/Square Metre using mechanical means.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional /Indian Standard type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls /in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually, striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering complete.

Providing internal cement plaster 12 milimetre thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:5 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 milimetre thick including reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square metre area, thickness of 2.50 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete.

Supplying hard murum at the road site including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading the hard murum for side width complete.

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers/ Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular Number RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dated 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 square centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel, soft murum including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete by Mechanical Means.

Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 centimetre to 20 centimetre thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete.

Providing and laying Cast in situ/ Ready Mix cement concrete in Mix- 10 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with Ordinary Concrete mixer, etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand V.S.I. Grade).

Providing cast in situ / ready mix Mix-20 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainage work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with Natural / Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) standard Artificial Sand.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 1200 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-2 class of 450 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.
