Work of Providing a dual source of power supply to the offices of SE, ETC-I and ETC-II, Panki, Kanpur from Main ACDB of 220 KV SS Panki, by excavation of cable trench and laying of (2 Nos) 3.5coreX50sq.mm Aluminium Power Cable.

Excavation of cable trench 0.5 mtr. wide and 0.5 mtr. below the ground level by cleaning the surface and laying of (2 Nos)3.5x50 mm² aluminium power cable between main ACDB NO.II of 220 KV S/S Panki to SE ETC-I&II office . The work includes making of 75 mm. sand bed for laying of cable and putting the first class brick on the 75 mm. edge along with cable on both side filling the same with sand and then putting bricks on 115 mm. size over the trench and then filling the earth including cost of bricks and sand, the work also includes making and fixing of 06 Nos.cc & iron rod route marker at different places along the cable trench.

Providing and fixing of 100 Amp main/Change over switch of standard make for connection of 3.5x50 mm² power cable.

Broken out cc road depth 150 mm. & width 0.5 mtr. with the help of hammer and chisel and digging of earth up to 0.35 mtr. below the cc for crossing 2 Nos,3.5x50 mm² aluminum cable . Refilling cc 50 mm. depth with 1:2:4 cement sand and 20 mm. stone ballast include all material labour and T&P.

Termination 3.5 X 50 mm² , 1.1 KV aluminum power cable at both end with suitable type of lug and proper lugging including all men material and T&P etc.

Providing and fixing of 80 mm dia, B class M.S. Pipe for crossing of 3.5 X 50 mm² , 1.1 KV aluminum power cable under cc road.

Work of loading ,safe carriage and unloading of 3.5 X 50 mm² aluminum power cable (aprox. 1200 meter) with help of hydra/manpower &Loder from 220 KV GIS S/S Kidwainagar to 220 KV S/S Panki Kanpur.
