Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in hard/dense soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick.

Removing of excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable with supply, laying, fixing Double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as directed.

All as per item No 4.00 here in before but of 90mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling taking out carefully old/unserviceable UG cable of any type/ size from trenche/pole/duct/LT panel after disconnecting from OH conductors/MCCBs/joint boxes for relaying/refixing or carrying to store for Sch of Credit.

M&L for passing through pipe testing and commissioning of 1100 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi stranded served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 2 core with suitable glands and lugs as per site requirement confirming to IS specification, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F MCCB 630 Amps 4 Pole 415 V, 50 Hz adjustable thermal type ( 80% to 100% ) and adjustable magnetic setting, breaking capacity 36 KA , ICS =100 ICU with extended terminals connecting up in the existing panel location including taking out existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Retanking the same after repair refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filteration, including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof transportation of transformer to and from site to work shop and re-installation the same at any site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair single phase AC servo motor(as per sample) suitable for voltage stabilizer of cap 250 KVA.

Filtration / dehydration of transformer oil in situ till dielectric strength of min 40 KV is achieved, Servo voltage stablizer, capacity 25 KVA to300 KVA indoor / outdoor type, installed at various electric sub stations / pump houses at Kasauli and Dagshai AOR of AGE E/M Kasauli complete all as specified.

Topping up / replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 430 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 60 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified. Notes for serial item No 34.00 to 37.00 :- (a) New transformer oil shall be bought in company sealed IS marked container with test certificate. (b) Filtration / dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed under the AOR of AGE E/M Kasauli and Dagshai and necessary filteration / dehydration plant having pressure gauge, hour meter, temperature gauge shall be brought to site by contractor including electric supply arrangement to run the dehydration equipment and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the same.

M&L for repairing servicing of APFC panel board of Cap 100 KVAR by replacing tha all defective components with new components , re wiring , cleaning , testing, reconnecting , reinstalling and commissioning the APFC panel board complete all as directed. Note : - (i) Supply of cables, wires & other minor spare parts etc. will deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
