REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF LT SWITCH GEAR, LT PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN DHANA.

Amount

Excavation in any type soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth (for cable, pole, stay etc) and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Material & labour for providing dry river sand as in sand in trenches, ducts,transformer yard etc for cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note : Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover incl taking down old unsv bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair digital volt meter range up to 500 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair digital Amp meter range up to 300 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair led lamp indicator RYB complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing burnt out UG cable termination of 3 1/2 core 185 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm cable, cutting and removing the burnt out portion and preparing the cable termination and connecting up the cable after crimping 4 Nos of suitable aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.9 above but for cable of 3.5 core 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm.

All as per item No.9 above but for cable of 3.5 core 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm.

All as per item No.9 above but for cable of 4 core 16 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm.

Dismantaling the existing unserviceable cable gland, M & L for fixing new cable gland brass chromium plated suitable for the following sizes of cables:- (a) 3 1/2 core 240/185 Sqmm

(b) 3.5 core 120/95 Sqmm

(c) 3.5 core 70/50 Sqmm

(d) 3.5/4 core 35/25/16 Sqmm

Material & labour for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild sheet steel vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and in bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying and spreading of 40mm graded stone aggregate for transformer yard/ HT 2 pole/4 pole stucture after preparing the sorounding by brick work and removing the vegetation and making brick work and necessary surface excevation and spreading of layer of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of drop out fuse by replacing the unserviceable male and female contacts, connectors, replacing unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers, greasing, align properly in situ complete all as specified and directed. Note: spares will be measured and paid seperately

Supply & Fixing top contact for DO fuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing bottom contact for DO fuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Female contact/fix contact jaw for GOS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of copper lugs 25 sqmm to 240 sqmm lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair MCCB 4 pole 50kA 63 Amp suitable for adujstable type setting complete including replacement of existing u/s switchgear complete after disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables making necessary modification to fix MCCB as outgoing including connections from bus bars to MCCBs with suitable bus bars of aluminium section duly bend/drilled reconnecting the removed cable etc and making provision to operate the mccb from outside the door and necessary repairs to the door etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair, GI pipe, 40mm bore, light grade, laid below road/fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bus bar chamber weather proof boxes made out of 3mm thick CRCS sheet front opening double chamber type for providing four numbers aluminium bus bar strips of 400 Amps and 300 mm long each, insulators, nuts bolts and MCCB 250 amps 4 pole 35 KA incoming including terminating the existing incoming and outgoing cables etc alongwith painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with proper fixing arrangements ofn ground with angle iron supports duly grouted on floor/ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, 10 Sqmm, 2 core, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted for chain link/Barbed wire fencing/gate/angle iron/PCC post of sub station (outer exposed surface) painting starts from above ground level including MS channel / angle iron and GI bracket/clamps with bolts, nuts and applying two coat of aluminium paint / snowcem including repair and replacement of fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Removig the unserviceable bus connections, jumpers etc from the stucture supply and fix bus bars/jumpers by 8mm thick bare aluminium conductor duly sleeve colour coding with Red/yellow/Blue and fixing for making rigid connections for HT 11 KV distribution with necessary nuts bolts clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming / cutting of vegitation all around the main power house and sub station and disposing of the same to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material & labour for repair of unsv openable doors of existing LT panel by welding, replacing the locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
