Inspection,testing servicing, & overhauling to HT VCB 11 KV upto 800Amp Indoor type of any make installed at MRS Chabua , taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/servicing and its testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (ii) The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ as ‘supply only’(.iii) Servicing /repair will be carried out OEM/Authorised Deler (iv)All measuring equipments and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor (iv)Servicing will be done in every 06 month or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) The rates quoted by the contractor shall also include the cost of replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gaskets, A-grade greasing and oiling of moving parts and refixing the same. (e) Servicing on VCBs :- (i) IR test (ii) Timing test. (iii) CRM test (iv) HV test (f) Replacement of spares. (g) Relay testing and calibration

Material and labour for Servicing and maintenance of transformer 11/.433 KV indoor / outdoor type of capacity 63 KVA to 160 KVA at site under the AOR of GE AF Chabua in any position i.e pole mounted/ plinth mounted, of any capacity (except major repair /rewinding), including partial decanning of transformer oil, opening of top cover, disconnecting of internal connections, LT / HT bushes, Tap changer etc, replacement of unserviceable items, top cover gasket of rubber cork sheet, tap changer etc complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- (i) All tools and plant including magger, oil testing machine, acidity test kit, other testing equipment and unloading all equipements such as crane/Hydra, chain pulley will be arranged by the contractor and No extra charges shall be paid to the contractor. (ii) One transformer will be catered as on Job. (iii) Contractor shall deposit / Procure all the material in advance to avoid any late night fault/ after market hours / non availability of material in market. The elect supply shall be restore within 6 hours from the time of intimitation in day or night in the stn, failing this a panelty of Rs 3000/- per complaint / fault will be imposed on the contractor from contractor dues.(iv) Minimun one transformer shall be produce at a time to the contractor for repair. Contractor will not be demand all transformer in one visit or at a time. transformer will be provided as and when repair work required/fault occured during the complete period of contract. Visit and repair charges of electrician and helper are included in the quoted rate. No extra charges shall be paid to the contractor. (v) Strip opening of transformer for detecting fault shall be included in the quoted rate. No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor. Note:- (i) Minor Gasket, rubber washer, Copper / Aluminum thimble, HT/ LT Tape, nuts, bolts and washer for any size of transformer will be included in the quoted rate . No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor for the same. (ii) LT/ HT stud/spindle, transformer oil, dehydration of transformer oil and insulator and other major items shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per srl item No 21 here in before but 200 KVA to 1000 KVA.

Material and labour for disconnecting the transformer (Indoor/ Outdoor type) from Plinth/Pole Mounted any type/size and capacity under the AOR GE (AF) Chabua from all connection primary and secondary with earthing and shifting the same transformer to the other location/store yard/Power house as per required or installed to other location including all necessary all connection complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All tools, plants and vehicle for lifting and shifting the transformer shall be arranged by the contractor and not extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

Material and labour for disconnecting the transformer (Indoor/ Outdoor type) from Plinth/Pole mounted from all connection primary and secondary with earthing after faulty transformer loading on vehicle and carrying to workshop for repair and replacement of old worn out and u/s items as well as winding etc including unloading at the workshop capacity of transformer 63 KVA to 315 KVA. Note :- All tools, plants and vehicle for lifting and shifting the transformer shall be arranged by the contractor and not extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

M&L for dismantling the top cover of the defective transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 125KVA 11/.433KV after drained out the existing oil in a separate clean container and disconnecting the all internal connection, taking out the HV/ LV core assembly and Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer, cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and out side thoroughly with emery paper and cloth than checking the other worn-out parts and insulation materials such as glass tube, bakelight tube, tap changer,glass tape, pre-compressed board, crape paper,craft paper, pressphan paper, cotton tape, varnish etc , HV/LV coils silicon stamping and other connected items such as tap-changer, breather assembly, damage HV/LV bushes, stud, oil seal, Gas kit and replacement of all burn out parts and insulation material with new ones by drying and baking of Insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temprature. Reassenbling the transformer and made connection of LV/HV side with help of soldering.Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load at wkshop and on load at site all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Winding wire/strip of HV/LV coils, transformer oil and other spare pafrts shall be measured & paid seperately on relevant items of the schedule. (ii) Gasket, Copper / Aluminum thimble, HT/ LT Tape, insulation materials such as glass tube, bakelight tube, tap changer,glass tape , pre-compressed board, crape paper,craft paper, pressphan paper, cotton tape, varnish etc , HV/LV coils silicon stamping and other connected items, HV/LV coils silicon stamping for any size of transformer will be included in the quoted rate . No extra amount shall be paid to the contractor for the same. (iii) The transformer will be opened and reassembled in presence of Egnr-in-charge / JE in charge.

M&L for dehydration with hot filteration plant of old transformer oil at different locations, after filteration, Di electric strength shall not be less than 60 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode, complete all as specified and as directed. The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderation as per relevant IS. The contractor's quoted rates shall also be declered to include for this element. Note:- (i) Toping up of transformer Oil during the dehyderation shall be measured and paid separately on relevant items of schedule. (ii) The contractor must have own one dehydrated hot vacuum, filtration plant with minimum 1000 liter per hour capacity transformer oilfFiltration plant with a provision of oil test set for immediate showing of result. (iii) The plant must have provision of on load filtration. Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil at site by using dehydrating and filteration machine to be carried out till time, dielectric strength reached to min 60 KV complete all as specified and directed. (ivThe transformer dehydration machine shall be arrange/brought by contractor at site for which and no extra amount shall be paid to the contractor.

Supply and filling, transformer oil EHV grade as per IS-335 of 1993 Part-II for top up / replacment as per direction by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rewinding HT/LV coils of transformer by using proper size super enameld copper wire suitable for working voltage 11 KV/0.433 KV including three layer insulated material as per existing size of core including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed at site. NOTE :- i). Oil filtration,supply of new oil will be measured separately. ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor weldings are deemed to be included the rate quoted. iii). The rate for taking out,refixing after repair,both side transportation, lifting /unloading of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer by crane /manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Supply and fix in replacement Tap changer assy of 11/0.433 KV transformer 500 to 1000 KVA including replacing worn out connection sleeves, insulated plates, nut, bolts & washers and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Note :(i) Maintenance to be carried out by the reps of authorised firm.( ii) After Competion test certificate shall be furnished from firm.

M & L for fault detection in damaged UG cable by Govt approved agency and using digital cable fault detector machine with DC high voltage current injectng to damaged cable and find fault near or accurate of 2 mtr in various location at Chabua (AF) Stn of any size and type of 11 KV rated UG cable including the following in quoted rate all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) excavation & earthwork in any type of stratra of size 4 x 2 x .60m to usually inspect / repair the damaged cable when and where required. (ii) Sand cushioning in trenches, supply and laying conncrete cable cover, class HV, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable. (iii) Repair the damaged cable through straight joint as per existing size and made functional. Note :- (i) The fault should be done within 24 Hrs of time frame after informed by Tephonically Msg or letter. Falling which 1000/- per hrs will be levied from the contractor as penalty. (ii) Joint kit shall be paid separately on realivant items of the schedule.

Taking out of 11 KV 3 core 95 sqmm HT cable from duct/trench by taking proper electric shut down from AGE E/M (AF) Chabua and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of 11 KV 3 core 240 sqmm HT cable from duct/trench by taking proper electric shut down from AGE E/M (AF) Chabua and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying in trenches/through pipes under road, floor/ on wall/on pole or any other indicated place & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified.
