Plain Cement concrete in 1:5:10 [one cement, five M-sand and ten course aggregate] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in CM 1:5 [one cement and five M-sand] for foundation and basement using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement four P-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing 50mm thick Cuddapah Slab including cost, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit(500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank onwall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.

Supply and fixing of 32A fuse unit (500V)as per standared specifications

Supply and run of 4 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains.

Supply and Fixing of 200mm dia CI D/F Sluice valve with cap/ wheel as per is 14846/2000 pn 1.0 with isi marking and with 5 years warranty etc Complete.

Supply and fixing of 101 / 0.45 (16 sq.mm.) pvc insulated single core multi strand fire retardant low smoke (frls) flexible copper cable with isi mark conforming to IS etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of 63 Amps 30 MA rccb / elcb (Four pole) - higher end etc Complete.,

Construction of Inspection Chamber of 0.60m X 0.60m X 0.60m clear size including earth work excavation, base concrete of 50mm thick CC 1:5:10, 11.50cm thick brick work in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement five M-Sand) using best quality second class ground moulded bricks of size 9" x 4½" x 3", Inner, top and outer sides should be plastered with CM 1:3 (one cement three P-sand), 12mm thick and 50mm thick wearing coat 1:3:6 using 20mm metal should be laid over the inner flooring and the top covered with 50mm thick precast slab etc., complete complying with standard specification.
