The tenderer with past performance of satisfactory execution of contracts as mentioned above for supply and installation of the same/similar items for a quantity of 20% or more of tendered quantity against a single contract during last 3 years prior to, and excluding tender opening date (supported by CRNs, CRACs, R/NOTEs etc.) may be considered [as responsive to Southern Railways requirements] for placement of bulk and regular order.
