Taking down ceiling fan of any make and sweep at site, cleaning dust and opening up for examination, cleaning all parts and providing fresh lubricant to bearing/bush (oil or grease required) and fixing fan in the position after reassembling and adjustment for proper runnign including replacement of cable PVC copper conductor flexible of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to fan including testing for smooth running as specified. Note:- (i) Cost of bearings, capacitors shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only".

All as per Ser item No 1.00 here-in-before but exhaust fans of 600/450/380mm sweep complete.

Supply only of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan 1400mm sweep.

All as per Ser item No 3.00 here-in-before but for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd dry type with PVC clamp.

All as per Ser item No 5.00 here-in-before but 3.15 mfd.

Dis-assembling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1200mm sweep, cutting & removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size / gauge and weight not less than 325 gms including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing and reassembling including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings, capacitors if provided shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only". (ii) Fan will be issued to the contractor for carrying out repair work through nominal issue voucher from AGE E/M store yard Hisar and same will be returned back to AGE E/M store yard after carrying out necessary repair work.

Dis-assembling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1400mm sweep, cutting & removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size / gauge and weight not less than 400 gms including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing and reassembling including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings, capacitors if provided shall be measured and paid for separately as "supply only". (ii) Fan will be issued to the contractor for carrying out repair work through nominal issue voucher from AGE E/M store yard Hisar and same will be returned back to AGE E/M store yard after carrying out necessary repair work.

Supply only of rubber reel complete with nut bolt, fork hook and spilt pin, washer suitable for existing ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep.

Dis-assembling of exhaust fan of size 600mm AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz 900/1400 RPM for repair, removing existing burnt winding wire, bearing/bushes, tapes, flexible wire, shaft, check nuts, frame and rewinding with super enameled copper windings wire of suitable size and weight not less than 500gms and replacement of bushes, bearings, tubes, papers, shafts, check nuts, bolts and washers, capacitors, twin core wire of copper conductor flexible cable, greasing, varnishing and reassembling including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings, capacitors, if provided shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule as "supply only". (ii) Exhaust Fan will be issued to the contractor for carrying out repair work through nominal issue voucher from AGE E/M store yard Hisar and same will be returned back to AGE E/M store yard after carrying out necessary repair work.

Dis-assembling of exhaust fan of size 450mm AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz 900/1400 RPM for repair, removing existing burnt winding wire, bearing/bushes, tapes, flexible wire, shaft, check nuts, frame and rewinding with super enameled copper windings wire of suitable size and weight not less than 450gms and replacement of bushes, bearings, tubes, papers, shafts, check nuts, bolts and washers, capacitors, twin core wire of copper conductor flexible cable, greasing, varnishing and reassembling including testing complete. Note :- (i) Cost of bearings, capacitors, if provided shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule as "supply only". (ii) Exhaust Fan will be issued to the contractor for carrying out repair work through nominal issue voucher from AGE E/M store yard Hisar and same will be returned back to AGE E/M store yard after carrying out necessary repair work.

Note :- (i) Cost of bearings, capacitors, if provided shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule as "supply only". (ii) Exhaust Fan will be issued to the contractor for carrying out repair work through nominal issue voucher from AGE E/M store yard Hisar and same will be returned back to AGE E/M store yard after carrying out necessary repair work.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan upto 450/380 mm sweep .

All as per ser item No 13.00 here-in-before but exhaust fan 600mm sweep.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of the body, blades, down rod etc of ceiling fans of size 1200/1400mm sweep (any make) complete by rubbing with amery paper and filing in cavities with approved filler and applying one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint (Glossy white/ pale cream) on the body, blades, down rods and writing MES /Fan no with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Replacement PVC canopy set (upper & lower) for ceiling fans of any sweep and make and fixing in position complete.

Replacement of blades of ceiling fan for any sweep & make complete.

Replacement of MS heavy duty down rod of 15mm dia and 600mm length with necessary cutting / drilling holes and painting for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of blades of exhaust fan 380/450mm sweep of any make complete.

Replacement of frame including rubber bush and all accessories suitable for exhaust fan 380mm sweep of any make complete.

Replacement of frame including rubber bush and all accessories suitable for exhaust fan 450mm sweep of any make complete.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC cable cable flexible 2 core 23/0.0076 copper conductor

S&F in replacement Ceiling fan regulator electronic step type of suitable wattage, 230V suitable for 1200/1400 mm ceiling fan etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement single core copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts grade.

S&F in replacement switch piano, flush type one way 5/6 Amps single pole mounted all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of rigid non metallic PVC conduit 20mm bore all as specified and directed.
