Taking down old unsv conductors of any type any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made ISI marked as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,laying, jointing and testing 11 KV (Earthed), aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cables conforming to IS 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Earth work, sand cushioning, pipe and PCC cable protection cover shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply , jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , jointing and testing cable jointing kit of 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cable route indicator for HT 11 KV cable of size 4" dia Round plate with stand of angle Iron duly marked with HT 11 KV /MES including necessary PCC for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Horizantal boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for inserting of 100 mm GI pipe. Note :- (a) Length of bore hole under road /pavement shall be as per site reqirement. (b) GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and installation and testing 11 KV outdoor type , gang operated Air-break switch triple pole mechanically operated ,mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with suitable dia of GI pipe (Med. grade) operating rod of suitable length with an ON-OFF position capacity 400 amps with dropout fuse & 12 insulator with 03 Nos barrel fuse connected with new ACSR conductor (jumper) duly Logged incoming and out going with Steel nut bolts and washers all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900mm X 900mm X 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4.5 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.75 meter below ground level) connected to copper strip 32x6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point & to the neutral of transformers/RMU etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity ( in alternate layer 15 cm all around the copper plate) of Bentonite, copper sulphate, charcoal dust and common salt, test point terminal block made out of phoshper bronzein sheet steel box, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of the pole/RMU complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 100 mm thich Type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate as in repair of path for installations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core,of broken brick bats to gauge n exc 63 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass‘B’ bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 for transformer platform complete al as specified and as directed.

15mm thick cement plaster with cement sand mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces and applying 2 coats of of cement base paint on new plastered surface of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading and levelling crushed stone aggregate 63 mm 150 mm average thickness around transformer , two pole/four pole structure including removing of grass and bushes from the area complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work of angle iron section or any section as in posts & struts for cattle/security fencing/ including cutting top to shape, drilling holes, notching for wires etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including 12 mm dia round running bar as in fencing post, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-w( GraeE-250quality –A) complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
