Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR 6.1.1

Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per S.O.R. 2020 (4.1.2)

12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. Granular Sub-Base with close Graded Material By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Front end loader/ rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.(4.01)

Water Bound Macadam Grade-3 Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including Spreading in uniform layers , hand packing,rolling with three wheel steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density. as per clause 401.(4.11A)

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 (exclusive GSB) MORD 1500 (6.7)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finshing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as SI No. 5.1.2
