Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn/ Garden area and keep it neat & clean by mechanized method/ manually, removimg litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/ designated place, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. [Note: All T&P, materials/ articles shall be provided by the Contractor].

Providing and laying Neelgiri/ Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in surface excavation (not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) in all kinds of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to all lead and lift, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including trimming of sides of the trenches, dressing, ramming and levelling the bottom of the trenches correct to level, grade etc. including filling in sides of foundation trenches, plinth etc. with the excavated earth available and/or depositing the excess earth within station area limits, in layers not exceeding 20 cms. thick, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, dressing to level and grade , complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Excavating trenches of required width in ordinary rock for pipes, cables, etc. including excavation for sockets, getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. , stacking servicable materials for measurements and disposal of unservicable materials, all work up to any lead & lift as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Trench depth upto 1.5m :
