Replacement, Providing,fitting and calibration of machinery and equipment parts of HT Panels installed at LIS Basantpur(As per scope of work annexure C of SBD):- Replacement of damaged components of 6.6KVA ,1250/1250 Amp.,26.3 kA for 3secs, set of HT panel consisting of 11 three pole VCB panels Installed at LIS Basantpur.Isolating panels from power supply mains and DC control supply, switching off all space heaters and discharging power and following all safety measures. Rack out all the VCB trolleys, disconnecting controlling plug /connector from panels, opening front cover and cleaning breakers and panel cubical from inside and outside by blowing out dust using blower, removing dust particles on contacts by rubbing with cotton cloth .Checking all components such as closing / tripping coils, anti pumping relay ,limit switches, vacuum interrupters ,spring charging motors , contactor for motor, all contacts and mechanical components such as springs, bearing and replacement of damaged components by way of p/f of new components as detailed below:- 110 V, DC closing/tripping coils ,to motor feeder.(5 Nos) AUX relay for DC supply monitoring 110 V,DC. .(4 Nos) Limit switches 10Amp.,500V, 2 NO+1NC. .(5 Nos) Vacuum intruppter set(for R,Y,B),1250/1250 Amp,26.3KA for 3secs,11KV. .(3 sets) Bearing 6201 ZE for different panel. .(5 Nos) Multi-pin controlling plug along with wires. .(5 Nos) LT MCB C-16 /C-6/C-4 for different panels. .(6 Nos) Conducting maintenance checks and complete servicing of panels by way of cleaning breakers and panel box from inside and outside by blowing out dust using blower, removing dust particles on contacts by rubbing with cotton cloth, inspecting all the fasteners for tightness ,applying lubricants on gear teeth, contact surfaces, guide cam, trip latch. Checking wires and terminals and replacing worn out ones and no terminal should left loose in CTB . Replacing damaged indicators, push button and wire if any in panels. Checking continuity of contacts in ON/OFF position of all phases. Meggar testing for internal resistance testing between all phases and phases and body/earthing. Checking spring charging and discharging mechanism by charging and discharging manually and electrically, physical checking and testing of all components of breaker. The job also includes painting of HT panels by way of removing all dust particles, cleaning of surfaces and then applying one coat of metal primer followed by two coats of superior quality paint. .(11 Nos)Replacement of end termination kits to 400 Sq. mm 3C,XLPE, HT Aluminum cable (armoured) by p/f new end termination kits along with Al. thimbles and requisite nos. of nuts and bolts .job includes preparing of end of cable by peeling the cable insulation properly and fitting new termination kits of superior quality and crimping thimbles at ends with the help of crimping tool. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, charges for all tools and tackles required for execution of job. (6 Nos)
