M & L for cable jointing kit raych 22 KV Touch proof kit for HT 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm including taking down old cable joint kit all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for right angled Boot touch joint suitable for 300sqmm , 22KV , 3 core HT XLPE cable including dismantling the old joint of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for touch proof joint 22 KV suitable for 300sqmm 3core , 22 KV HT XLPE cable including dismantling the old joint of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for touch proof joint 11KV suitable for 120 sqmm 3core , 11KV HT XLPE cable including dismantling the old joint of any type complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for touch proof joint 11KV suitable for 95sqmm 3core , 11KV HT XLPE cable including dismantling the old joint of any type complete all as specified and directed. .

M& L for trimming of tree branches with in 2m on either side of the electric line/ poles with suitable T & P and depositing the waste as directed . Note :- Measurement shall be taken once only for entire completion of work.

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations /campus / complaint cell area by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small inequalities (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete for the various sub stations. Note :- Measurement shall be taken once only for entire completion of work.

M&L for hard-core of gauge n.exc 63 mm ,deposited, spread, and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) ,water and rammed to a true shape with broken stone or boulders existing available on site and making good all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Sub Station Yard)

M&L for crushed stone grid for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- (i) Measurement shall be taken after gentling punning. (ii) The unit rates quoted shall be deemed to be included for cleaning the cable ducts and removing the old sand as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs GI pipe Light grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ path /road crossings/ fixed to poles/ceiling/ along walls/ path /drain/floors with and including all necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes :-

Dismantling & removing of existing corroded platform (involves gas cutting) complete & provision of new platform for Water storage tank with 7 mm thick chequered plate having (Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A) cutting to size, fixing & welding to MS channel/support & structure with proper supports and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed at site by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for fixing chequered plate in cable trench/ducts with angle iron , Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning of advance maintenance free system based earthing comprising of following accessories (i) Set of 04 Nos 3000 mm long, 17.0 mm dia earth electrode made of 99.99% copper circular rods with connect copper strip and electrode with the help of copper brazing of incoming copper strips of size 25 x 3 mm of length as per site requirement upto Bus bar as decided by Engr - in-Charge and distance between each copper earth electrode is minimum 3 Meter . (ii) Copper bus bar of size (300 x 25 x 6)mm act as test point connect with copper nuts and bolts with post insulator.(Nuts/bolts as required is included in the cost). (iii) Poly propylene earth pit cover of size 300 x 300 mm (with safe working load 2000 Kg) - 04 Nos (iv) Copper bus bar of size (250 x 50 x 6)mm exothermically welded with main earth electrode (v) Each pit filled with earth enhancement compound /chemical (Magnesium sulphate) only (min 75 Kg/pit) all as specified.

(vi) Required result of earthing less than 01 Ohm . If desired Ohmic value is not achieved then additional set of 1 No of 3000 mm long, 17.0 mm dia earth electrode made out of 99.9% copper rod with allied items, 01 x Pit cover, 01 x Sub bar as per (iv) above 75 Kg of chemical shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt. No price adjustment shall be made, if additional set is not required complete all as directed of Engr- in-charge (vii) Necessary excavation work in any type of soil/strata, returning filling and removal of soil shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (viii) Site inspection for complete Earthing work is mandatory for the Contractor before quoting the tender.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm thick, by means of GI Welding made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to control board or transformer neutral earth or as directed including earthing pit of size 450x450x300mm (outer size) wall thickness 100mm made in PCC M-10 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate and pre-cast reinforced cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm x 80mm thick made with MS XPM Jalli, RCC cover in reinforced cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm dia bar both way @ 150mm c/c, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work complete. with one handle made out of 8 mm dia round bar and testing complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- (i) The earthing pit shall be provided with proper earth pit and pit cover. Pit cover shall be painted with cement base paint of approved colour and pit number to be marked on a GI plate above 45 cm from GL as per IS colour code (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS the complete earthing shall be carried out again by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible. (iii) Length of earth strip/electrode, if more than 7.5mtr shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule (iv) Resistance value should be less than 5 ohm.

Taking down of unserviceable copper/GI/Aluminium earthing strip any size complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement copper strip of size 20mm X 3mm thick for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing/down conductor strip etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Copper strip shall be 99.99% copper to be provided

S&F copper strip of size 32mm X 6mm thick for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Aluminium strip of size 25mm X 3mm thick for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or roof for lightening arrestor or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing/down strip from from bldgs etc, using porcelain clit/post insulators with screw/GI drill bit screw with clamp of required size at specified distance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The cost of T & P and minor spares reqd for fixing the above conductor is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete in PCC M-15 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Digital Backlit glow sign board star flex made out of 0.75 X 0.75 mm MS frame box type with back side having galvanized tin sheet of thickness not less than 22 gauge , and side cover s with powder coated tin sheet ISI marked including 10 watts -02 nos LED tube rods. The frame box is to be fitted / welded on MS round/Square pipes - 02 nos of length 3 to 4 mtrs each of thickness not less than 16 gauge. The size of the board should be not less than 8 feets x 3 feets . Note:- (i) The rates of PCC work for coping and foundation of these boards shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The MS frames and MS round pipes shall be painted with black Japan paint over one coat of red oxide primer . (iii) The matter to be written on the board is to be finalized by the Engr-in-charge.
