Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes - 110 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - Single tee without door -110x110x110mm.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 87.5 degree - 110 mm bend.

Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc., complete - 110mm.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or halfbrick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix - 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Boring / drilling bore well of required dia for casing / strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS : 2800 (part 1), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart /bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools, plants & machineries required for the job, all complete - upto 90 metre depth below ground level - all types of soil - 350 mm dia.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings & accessories etc. all complete, for all depths - 150 mm nominal size dia.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size rage 5 cm to 20 cm, inrecharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts , all complete.

Supplying, filling, spreading and levelling coarse sand of size range 1.5mm to 2 mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads and lifts, all complete.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS :4097, including providing gravel fine / medium / coarse, in required grading and sizes as per actual requirement, of all complete.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing /casing pipe,removable as pre requirement, all complete for borewell of - 150 mm dia.

Extra for providing 3 mm slots in 150mm dia. UPVC casing pipes.

Providing precast RCC ring of size 150cm inner dia with 5cm wall thickness and 30cm height to the site at Puducherry. The RCC Ring should consist of required reinforcement and fixed in position from the bottom layer of raing water harvesting recharge pit. The rate including the cost of conveyance to Puducherry, loading, unloading, fixing charges and other taxes etc complete.

Providing precast RCC semi circular cover of size 160cm dia with 5cm thickness to the site at Puducherry. The RCC cover should consist of required reinforcement and fixed in top of RCC rings of rain water harvesting recharge pit. The rate including the cost of conveyance to Puducherry, loading, unloading, fixing charges and other taxes etc complete.
