Operation and General Maintenance (O&M) of all computer systems,networking inluding wired and wireless, printing devices etc., installed at NCBS GKVK Campus and NCBS Hostel?housing Campus, Bengaluru. IT Infrastructure Support includes Desktops,Laptops,Printers,Servers,CCTVs,Public Display Systems,OS. Helpdesk system set-up for the complaints. Service deliverables covered will be Centralized Helpdesk, Server, Network, End-User, Mail clients, Anti Virus Client, Backup, including data backup and restoration services, Asset, Service provider, SLA, Incident, Problem Management, Preventive Maintenance, Infrastructure Monitoring. Baisc installation of OS, moving and fixing of hardware to the racks, structured cabling etc. Day-to-Day monitoring activities such as Monitoring disk space usage of servers, Backup of user machine and checkup, CPU,Memory and Uptime of servers monitoring, Shift update/handover, Network and ISP monitoring. Using ManageEngine Endpoint Central (formerly known as Desktop Central), a unified end-point management (UEM) solution to manage servers, desktops and laptops from a central location.
