Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete, ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block hold fast etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection including necessary joints duly filled with bituman mastic filling etc , finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
