Carrying out 'B'- check of 100 KVA generator set of make Mahindra/Kirloskar once in a period of three months by authorized / OEM including replacement of Engine oil, oil filter fuel filter "O" ring, tappet valve adjustment replacing the tappet gasket water leakage rectification and testing commissioning recommended by OEM for smooth running, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Painting of trolly of 62.5 KVA DG set by removing of old paint make the surface smooth for repainting, painting of trolly by two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide and carried out maint work in leaf spring as re-tention and welding work in rotating tie bar mechanism complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment of AMF Panel including testing and commissioning In-door type factory made powder coated , cubical type, over all size not less than 1000x750x400 mm suitable for DG set 100 KVA capacity, with suitable size 4 Nos copper bus bar 400 amps, having locking arrangments floor mounted free standing weather proof panel fabricated out of suitable sized angle iron and flats and covered with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated in seven tank process for de-greasing , de-rusting & phosphated painted with 2 coats of primer paint then the panel surface shall be finished and then painted with final coat of epoxy based powder coated paint.Panel shall be compartmentrised with rubber gasketed hinged door. Supply and fixing in replacement of Cast Iron Stainless Steel Foot Valve flanged type , 80 mm bore size, 15.2 HP motor ,with stainless steel stainer fixed complete all as specified and as directed , (i) Taking out the foot valve assembly from sump . ( Appx. Depth of sump 30 feet and wt appx 200 kg ) complete with suction strainer etc. (ii) Reassembling the same after fitting of foot valve , lowering down and testing complete all as directed. Note - Required T&P such as lifting chain – pulley block and tripod (not less than 2 ton capacity and 30 feet lifting arrangement portable type ) and other lifting arrangement shall be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB of current rating 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts AC, 16 KA rupturing capacity with adjustable thermal type release including taking down old unserviceable MCCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cast iron sluice valve suitable for 100mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for cast iron sluice valve suitable for 80mm bore pipe with flanged ends drilled ISI marked class PN-1.6 conforming to IS- 14846 with stainless steel spindle spindle, CI gate with nut, bolt, washer and rubber packing for connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in 1:1.5:3 (by volume) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed.
