SPECIAL REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE CI PIPE WITH DI PIPES AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT DIPATOLI UNDER GE DIPATOLI

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying/ taking out of pipe in soft/losse soil, complete all as directed.

Returning/ refilling in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains including all fittilngs with spigot and socket ends and lead joint includi burning out lead joint and recovering lead of CI pipe 250 mm bore complete all as directed.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but of size 200 mm bore, complete all as directed.

Supply, laying jointing & testing of DI, pressure pipes with spigot and socket lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 latest revision) and other relevant standards and mettalic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint on outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) incl rubber gasket, in any length laid in trenches/over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position of Class "K-7" of size 250 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cast iron sluice valve with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS 14846-2000, class PN 1.0 both ends flanged with with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts, & washers of required size & numbers of size 250 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but of size 200 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI water mains 250 mm dia in position for insertion of tee, branch line etc to new water connection complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints of CI pipes of size 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but of size 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DI Fittings as per IS-9525 in any type, size , radius, angle, taper, straight or bend, increacing/decreasing or double socket, tee pieces, single branch, Y junction, double cross branches, collars, caps, plugs suitable for socket and spigot and in form of mechanical joints of any bore and sizes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit inside measurement 0.90m x 0.90m x 0.90m in replacement complete with MS Sheet 3.00 mm thick cover and angle iron frame (40m x 40mmx 40mm) as per existing size including locking arrangement suitable for sluice valve 80 mm to 150 mm and sheet cover with one coat of red oxide and two coat of Synthetic enamel paint and complete leveling refilling the unwanted existing trenches, as per ground requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for construction for thrust blocks to the pipe at corners and bends etc and making good the road, path etc damaged during the work complete all as specified and directed.
