(Area of door upto 2.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , applied in two layers i.e.. Ist layer of 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6 ) and 2nd ( top ) layer of 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4 ) mixed with WPC finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC M-25 design mix as in Beams , cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span , lintel beam over opennings, new provision of beams for opennings & supports etc etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade including following :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine or suitable brushes & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of above bond coat as above pour prepacked dual shrinkage compensated. Micro concreting M40 grade, using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams, columns, slab, parapet, staircase, RCC water tank etc., up to 100 mm thickness of micro concrete. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note: - This item shall be executed in bldgs. (G+1) and necessary provision for T&P, scaffolding and safety measures etc. shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the tenderer for the same.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- TMT steel beinding with existing old steel , sections with welding required as per site as directed by GE)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in strirrups, spaces and binder and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note :- TMT steel beinding with existing old steel , sections with welding required as per site as directed by GE)

M & L for Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges etc for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam hauchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc also splays between floors and beams etc for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in Charge.

M & L Preparing of New plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including 2 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling surface etc complete all as specified.
