Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all depths and in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/hard rock, where blasting is prohibited,in all lifts including trimming and dressing or dies, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoning structuring, planking timbering and dewatering whereever required staking the excavatd soil not or than 3 mtr clear form edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layer when required into plinths, side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing the surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads & lifts as per direction as satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal sixe) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement conctete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5sand: 10graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in R/Wall/Brest walls the size of plum 150 to 300mm as per PWD specification. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement conrete 1 : 3 :6 . ( 1 cement : 3 sand and : 6 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Precast RCC slab 0.075 cm thick over CC 1:3:6 work below filter media. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1: cement :1.5 sand :3 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Lintle beams, girders, brassumers and cantilevers upto any floor two level etc.with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Arches upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1: cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles side and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers and lintles not exceeding one meter in depth in all height with in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc for all height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Arches upto 6 mtr. span with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel (reinforcement for RCC work) including bending,binding and placing in positioncomplete in all respect including all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water profing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & placing in horizontal layers Filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Top layer Fine sand (Eff: size 0.20mm to 0.40 and Uniformity-co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00)

Second Layer : Coarse and 3mm-6mm

Third Layer:-Bajri 6mm to 20mm

Forth Layer:- 20mm tp 25mm

Bottem Layer:- Broken stone 50mm to 75mm

Providing and fixing steel fiber reinforcement cement concrete (SFRC) man hole cover (Medium duty) and frame conforming to IS 12592 (Part-I) 1988 with latest ammendsments internal dia 500mm(Medium Duty) with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of M.S Mosquito proofing ventilators 300mmx300mmx300mm complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Steel work welded in built-up section,trusses and framed work including cutting hosting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating, framed guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets and similars work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. joists, channels angle, tees.For steel Gate.

Providing and fixing of GI Mesh complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in double coat rough sides of bricks/ stone masonary for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or including arrises rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement morta 1:3 (1cement:3sand) with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing 1.80 metre high fencing with 2.30 mtr stainer post of corner post of bottom size 150x150 top size 150x150mm and length 2.30 mtr. With reincforcement long steel of 10 mm (4 No) traversed 6 mm at 150 mm C/C above ground leverl 1.30 mtr. Fencing by spacing from ground 100, 200,350,550,750,950 and 1200 posts . C/C with 6 horizontal with lines and two diagnals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS 273-1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 kg per 100 mtrs (minimum) strained and fixed to posts excluding the cost of earth work and cement concrete 1:3:6 cost of post complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing , laying jointing & testing in trenches GMS tube with flanged joints by considering three layers pipe including cost of bends complete as per GMS pipe comfirming to IS 1239-1991/2004 part-1 of following grade and wall thickness as per dimension weights and test pressures mentionede below in a random lenght of 4to 7 mtrs. The MS flanges are to be provided on each joints as per required table comfirming to IS 6392-1971 and welding of flanges with electrodes as per relivants coads including required no and size of nut bolt and gasket sheet not less then 3mm thickness as per relevants codes. The weldings of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers to make the joints leaks roofs and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The layings of pipe should be conformed to IS 5822-1994. ( Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separetely). Thepipe shall be galvanising with zink coating conforming to IS 4736-1986. Complete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
