Taking down 100mm CI pipe line including disconnecting pipes and fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up sluice valve / NRV of any size from pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing commissioning centrifugally cast ductile iron pipes conforming to IS-8329:2000, 150mm bore dia with socket & spigot ends, class LA including flexible push on joint in any length laid in trenches all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sluice valve flanged of class 1.6 PN, 150mm (6") dia of CI/DI body, both ends flanged duly drilled, ISI marked with IS-14846-2000 having stainless steel spindle all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS pipe ERW steel including specials, nominal dia 150mm as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 6mm including both side flanged, nut, bolts gasket fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Reflux valve with by pass arrangement, 150mm (6") dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DI/MS special and fittings as per IS spigot and socketed pipes for water mains/ branches lines such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch, `Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces suitable for run lead joint, run lead upto 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road/ hard standing/ chequered cement concrete tiling/ PCC flooring etc to required depth for laying of CI/ DI/ GI pipe 150/ 100/ 80/ 50/ 40/ 25 mm dia including returning filling with excavated earth and making good disturbed road / hardstanding top surface with 200mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for construction of PCC block walling valve pit of size 900mm x 900 mm (internal dimension) with precast cement concrete block of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces with and including 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover thickness not less than 3mm with locking arrangement and 1 No 50mm size 4 lever lock with key in duplicate of make Navtal or equivalent, including painting to steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for laying of CI/DI/GI pipes complete all as speified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but exc.1.5mtr but not exc.3 mtr in depth complete all as specified.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surpus soil n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 250 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in fondation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

S&F ERW or induciton butt weld MS tube black confroming to IS-1161-1979 grade Yst 240 including fabrication and erection

S&F rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connected plate of Fe 410-W (Gde E 250 Quality A)

S&F pre painted galvalume alminium Zinc coating based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surfaces including priming with red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materail exc 1.5Km but exc 5Km and depositing where directed in soils

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premies complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations inclduing watering and consolidation.

Fixing only Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness,M-35 Grade.

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with screws

Demolition of Cement concrete (Un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation all as specified

Taking down unserviceable DBs, with MCBs and Main switches.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including new PVC concealed conduit in existing brick/stone wall for concealing conduit and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked unsheathed copper conductor, 1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for one socket 5 amp on independent board.

All as per item No 50 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable including earth continuty conductor with 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable for one 6 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board controlled by 15 Amps switch. Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures for MCB distribution board 230 Volts Single pole and neutral 8 way Double door complete including flushing the DBs inside the wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces and also matching with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix MCB Single pole and Neutral, 230 volts, 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' Curve, 10 KA, including disconnecting, taking down old/unserviceable, MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCB Single pole and Neutral, 230 volts, 40 to 63 Amps, 'C' Curve, 10 KA, including disconnecting, taking down old/unserviceable, MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair MCB Single pole, 230 volts, 6 to 32 Amps, 'B' Curve, 10 KA, including disconnecting, taking down old/unserviceable, MCB Single pole and Neutral complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
