M&L stone walling built in CM 1:6 of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded, solidly hearted built in retaining walls, abutment and sililar work complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 80mm thick non skid pre polished coloured interlocking paver block made with electro vibro technology with rubber/ PVC moulded of not less than compresive strength 30 Kg/Cm and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:-The sample shall be got approved from the GE before bulk procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE.

All as per srl item No 8 here-in-before but 60mm thickness of M-35 Grade.

Material & labour for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material&labour for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) kerbs or mut stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm aggrgate as in coping, apex stone, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming contraction (dummy) joints 25 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete in surface channels and drains in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Demolitioin of cement conc in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cms thickness (below or above GL).

M&L for Hard core of gauge exc. 63mm but not exc 100mm,deposited,spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed/rolled to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D2,1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base,path,floor, hardstanding complete as as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar1:6 and struck flush , complete, all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas, not exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing surplus excavated material exc 150m but not exc 5.00km and depositing where directed.

M&L broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thckness) at back of walls over arches etc and raising/lowering to the required level.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in any location and any position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 Design mix, using 20mm graded trap stone aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, the like, any thickness, above top of footing including attached pilaster and buttresses etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M-25 Design mix, using 20mm graded trap stone aggregate for concrete as in walls, retaining walls, Parapet walls, basement walls, ballast walls, drains and the like, any thickness, above top of footing including attached pilaster and buttresses and necessary props and iron sheets to restrict the sloped earth and sheet piling where necessary, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole cover slabs etc set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work and handling and placing on manholes, complete all as specified. Note : The quoted rates shalll deemed to include for providing two handles of MS round bars 12 mm, make to shape and of length 65 cm long in each cover complete.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair case railing and similar works incl attached pillaster, buttresses, vertical or batter, finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, including attached pilaster and buttresses etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required including , cranking hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

M&L TMT bars Ditto, but but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders , cranking hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

M&L for 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes 450 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after laying and testing complete all as specified.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes 300 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after laying and testing complete all as specified.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing Pre-cast cement concrete block type B1 (1:2:4 )(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar(1:4) , complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs aluminium alloy solar cat eyes 125mm x 125mm x 25mm having high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt fixed with 6 LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela) with unbreakable poly carbonate clear facing, red blinker fitted on road with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of SS angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. SS angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to S.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing SS message plate of required size, complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: stainless steel shall be used 304 Gde.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust/dirt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a prime coat conforming to clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for Road and Bridge work (Fifth Revision) with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS-8887 (latest edition) @ 10 kg/10 Sqm using primer distributor which shall be self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
