Earth work narrow excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, watered, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2 m, clearing and leveling the site etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Supply & filling with Stone Dust for basement to required thickness and in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as directed by the Federation Officers and as per standard specifications.

Supply & filling with clean well gravel for foundation and basement to required thickness and in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as directed by the Federation Officers and as per standard specifications.

Supply, erecting steel centering using M.S. sheet of size 90 x 60 cm and BG 10 gauge stiffened welded with M.S. angle of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm laid over silver oak / country wood joist of size 10 x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre for all type of RCC roof slab, lintel beam, "T", "L" beam, landing slab, plinth beam, grade beam, column footing, column, sunshade, facia, sloped roof, waist slab etc., including necessary supports with all cross bracings, filling slits and holes in the surfaces [The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor] and side shuttering etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm machine crushed hard granite broken stones excluding cost of centering and reinforcement but including compaction with mechanical vibrators and curing etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

Supply, fabricating & placing in position of reinforcement grills for all RCC works including cost of steel rods, binding wire, labour for bending, cutting and tying etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5, using country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4" Size" to line, level and to plumb on one face including necessary scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing fine polished 20 - 30 mm thick cuddapah slab of following thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc,complete complying with standard specification and as direct by departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality 18-20 mm thick polished kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and erecting pull and push gear operated type M.S rolling shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using of 18 GI sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers,transportation charges etc.complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification.

Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any size with single leaf outer frame,mullion section made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 [One part cement and five parts sand] 12 mm thick including scaffolding, neatly finishing and curing etc., complete as directed by the Federation officers and as per standard specifications.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all Rcc items of work such as slabs,beams,sunshades,facia,canopy slab,staircase waist slab,landing slab etc, with cement mortar 1:3 [One part cement and three parts sand] 10 mm thick including the hacking the surfaces,providing cement mortar nosing,beading for sunshades,staircases,steps,landing slab and curing etc in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scrapping,clean removal of dirt,and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc.complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing Galvalume colour roofing sheet of 0.47 mm thick for roofing portion and other surface / scarp / jutter including neat finishing etc., complete as directed by the Departmental officers and as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing mild steel iron grills for truss,straps,etc.,(wrought & fixed) hoisting charges,cutting,welding,threading including painting etc,.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors,windows,ventilators,window bars,balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing PVC False Ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.50m from floor level.(using plain sheets)
