Dismantling of existing Idle 33KV Guledagudda line from 110/33/11KV Bagalkote MUSS to 33/11KV Old MUSS Guledagudda in 33KV S&L Sub-division Bagalkote of 33KV S&L Division Bagalkote

Work Experience (a)The bidder should have Satisfactorily completed as prime a contractor, at least one contract involving the Construction of Distribution system of value not less than 50% of the Amount put to Tender i.e Rs 5.20 Lakhs in any one of the calendar years( i.e. From 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2025) as on the date of bid submission on Total Turnkey/Partial Turnkey Basis/ Labour contract basis/self-execution basis in any State/ Central Govt. Distribution Companies / PSUs.(b).The bidder should have carried out works involving HT/ LT lines and above class (new line or re-conductoring) for a route length of not less than 50% of RKms proposed in the bid (i.e not less than HT & LT-2.00 RKms) in any one of the calendar years( i.e. From 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2025) as on the date of bid submission on Total Turnkey/Partial Turnkey Basis/ Labour contract basis/self-execution basis in any State/ Central Govt. Distribution Companies / PSUs.As a proof of documentary evidence for both (a) & (b), award copies along with the work performance certificates duly mentioning date of completion, completed Qty and completed cost issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Ele) of any State /Central Govt. Distribution Companies / PSUs shall be uploaded. The Experience certificate shall be in the Format Annexed to this bid

The bidder should not have been Black-Listed by ESCOMs/ KPTCL/ any other Government Distribution/ Transmission utilities including PSUs as on date of bid submission. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded (Annexure).

The bidder should not have been defaulted/short closed due to non-performance in execution of works against the order placed by ESCOMs/KPTCL/any other Government Distribution/Transmission utilities including PSUs as on date of bid submission. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded (Annexure).

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with /KPTCL/ESCOMS. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any part may result in rejection of bid. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded (Annexure).

The bidder shall upload documentary proof such as license issued by Department of Labour & the Agency shall comply with all the legal requirements of various Labour Laws, provident Fund Act, workmen compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESI Act, with the respective Government/Central Government authorities and proof of such registration.Original OR Self attested copies to be uploaded

The Bidder should have achieved in at least Two financial years, a minimum financial turnover of not less than the amount put to tender i.e Rs 10.45 Lakhs during the 5 (Five) financial years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The bidder should upload the Copies of Annual turnover certificate and audited balance sheet, profit and loss account duly mentioning the UDIN No and certified by Chartered Accountant.

Liquid assets (Cash at Bank AND Term deposit in any Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Bank) on or after the date of notification of tender AND Availability of credit facility in any Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Bank shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender i.e Rs 2.60 Lakhs which shall be supported by certificate issued by any Nationalized /Scheduled Commercial Bank. The said Original scanned Credit Facility Certificate should possess the name of the Firm and tender Indent number and the credit facility to be issued in the name of Superintending Engineer (Ele), O&M Circle, HESCOM, Bagalkote The credit facility certificate should be in the Format Annexed to this bid.(ANNEXURE).The conditional credit certificates are liable for rejection.
