Excavating in trenches of hard /dense soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,laying of cables/pipes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases)

M&L for Granite stone slab18 to 20mm thick machine cut,as in flooring bedded , in steps treads, and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing all as directed.

Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes

M&L for Granite stone slab machine cut 15mm thick as in skirting/dado over cement plaster and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing all as directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete in backing coat for granite all as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as directed.

M & L for Grooves (square, hollowed or dovetailed), rebate in face work

M& L Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement

M& L stainless steel 3/4" chain attached with bottom of balusters all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections in special curved frame structure Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality A and upto height 10 metre and including necessary scaffolding, as per direction by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Rolled sections fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc as per direction by Engr-in-charge complete all as by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of shank dia 16mm to 20 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and avg 15 cm deep and getting out of in soft/loose soil.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L 75mm thick for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone agg) in foundation and mass concrete

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming ot ISD-15658-2006 of 100mm thickness M-40 grade.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built CM 1:4

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

S&F for 7mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointslaid in trenches or floors Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/Dense soil

M & L PCC 1 : 4 : 8 Type D2 ( 40 mm graded aggregsate) as in foundation and mass concrete.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 ( 20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe 410- W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 50 mm dia GI Tubes, 'Medium grade', galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete of type B1, 1:2:4 of (20 mm aggregate) in Coping , lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in grith or width, not otherwise described applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer

M & L Removing excavated material to a distance exc 500 mtr but n.exc 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above starting point.
