S. clamps and M.S. Staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in servicable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after, the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. Provindig and inserting grouting GI nipple 30mm to 40mm depth or half the thickness of the member which ever is less into honeycombed concrete/ normal concrete including drilling of holes, inserting nipples and sealing the gap around nipples with epoxy putty etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Sealing of crack/ porous member with epoxy grouting by injection through inserting nipples procedure with epoxy injection Gun approx 0.2 to 0.4 kg each grout complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning reinforcement of total rust using alkaline chemical rust remover with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry complete including passivative coating over the reinforcement. Surface area of concrete shall be measured for payment

Providing, mixing and applying over reinforcement bars zinc anti rust agent as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Dosage/ coverage as per the recommendation of manufacturer). Surface area of concrete shall be measured for payment.

Providing and applying concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor "CPCI" over the entire surface @ approx 4 sqm/ lt and minimum Ph of 9.5, all complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Surface area of concrete shall be measured for payment.

Providing laying and fixing in position steel rebars of following sizes in reinforced concrete work, including removal of loose concrete by wire brush, drilling hole of required size, laying in position using epoxy at all levels and heights but excluding the cost of reinforcement as per drawing and design, manufacture's specifications complete all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Making arrangement for cutting core of 75 mm dia and depth of 200 mm (200mm deep reinforced concrete slab) by mechanical means and sealing the core after pourning the microconcrete for repair of slab, all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour removing/taking down old plaster surfaces by grinding/moulding concrete,cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil,laitance and preparation old surface(washing ) and apply spraying of mixture of concrete or mortar over a layer of MS wire mess shotcreting complete job as per manufacture specification and directed of the Engr-In-Charge.

Providing and erecting 4.5mtr high temporary barricading at site made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members /bracings covered with 0.5mm thick Pre Painted Galvalume aluminium Zone coating GI based corrugated steel sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with self tapping screws. The panel shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 4.5m. MS Channel ISLC [email protected] Kg/m, 50 cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250 mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per direction of Engr-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, glow lamps, reflective signs, caution tape as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously including shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate quoted by the tenderer also include its maintenance for damage, painting, all incidentals, labour material, equipments and work required to execute the Job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work including shifting. The Payment of barricading shall be paid 40% for Phase-I and 20% each for remaining 03 phases.
