Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 20mm thick granite slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in cooking plaforms & like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and rounding of edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.16 Sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:4) complete.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.20 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing for tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles light shed 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per ser item No 11 above but as in vertical surfaces in skirting and dado including rendering/screeding including cement mortar (1:4) , 10mm thick complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Kota stone slab 15-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) , on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing complete. (Note : Work will be carried out as in repair of patches in lieu of existing broken flooring) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation and filling of pitting/cracks (including V groove cutting of cracks/deepening) on surfaces with crack seal and finishing the surfaces as per existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia etc in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scarpping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.,C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and finished with cement and sand motar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches including necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified polymeric membrane comprising of followings :- (i). Complete removal of existing roof treatment by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc from plastered / roof surface / walls and filling the crackes with sealing compound grade 'A' . (ii) Rendering / screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortor (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface fair and even. (iii) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen based primer conforming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Applying 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with non polyster reinforcement of approved make, weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm laid with gas torch and fastedon roof surface with roller. The over laps 100mm and shall be sealed by torch application as per manufacture instructions including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-O with sika latex power as per manufacture instructions. (v) Applying two coats of heat resisting paint/solar reflective paint coating over polymeric membrene. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of existing sunken treatment including plaster and M & L for water proofing treatment on existing sunken portion with the following specification complete all as specified and directed :- (a) 15 mm thick (average) plaster on sunken floor in CM (1:4) with waterproofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed . (b) Apply bituminous primer @0.50 Kkg/Sqm conforming to IS 3384-1965 on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (c) Apply hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kgs/sqm confirming to IS 702-1988. (d) Laying polymeric water proofing memberae weight not less than 3.0 kgs/sqm as per manufacturer instructions confirming to IS. (e) Apply layer of blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kgs/Sqm confirming to IS. (f) One spout of 40 mm GI pipe shall be provided in sunken floor and sunken porion shall be filled with lean concrete Type E-2 (1:5:10) using brick aggregate complete.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, in half brick thick wall, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick internal surfaces on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster (1:4) using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

M & L for applying a thin layer of 1.0mm thick white wall care putty over newly plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
