Material and labour Cement concreteType B0 1:2:4(12.5mm) graded stone aggregate), support Walls ,coping parapets railing ,kerbs and other smilar works incl forms works any shapeand size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 in foundation filling and mass concrete ,spreding levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning under floors including watering and consolidation . complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking cement paver block,any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness,M-40 Grade, ISI Marked with,topping of cement mixed with imported pigment,colour and shape shall be approved complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work in cement mortar (1:4) using old size sub class 'B' bricks in walling, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre cast reinforce cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crused stone aggregate in landings, cover slab, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with m.s wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cement concrete in surface channels and drains type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings,hand made hinges including locking arrangements etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar; barred iron doors; Cup Board,ladder; framed balusters; railing;frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Demolotion of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and vertical surfaces etc in cement mortar (1:4) including Moulding where as required, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete including in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new /Old plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick laid dry with burrent clay bricks of sub class B of old size bricks on end vertically/edge at the required angles including excavation, returing filling and removing complete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers nexc 25cm thick completecomplete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material/Rubish to any distance depositing above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
