CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE/MANHOLES AND CERTAIN REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINES/SEPTIC TANKS AND CONNECTED WORKS IN OMQs AND SMQs IN SECTOR 47 AND 28 UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

Add to item No. 1 here-in-before for each additional 1.5m or part thereof above in depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth in soils, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance exc 500m but not exc 5000 mtr complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position and in any location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

M&L brick work with sub Class ‘B’ Flyash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in any location, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

All as per item No. 6 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on any surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbibg down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement with WPC @1% complete all as soecified & directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integrated WPC

M&L preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

Demolition of 150/200 mm bore SGSW/NP2 drain pipes including PCC haunching and bedding jointed in cement mortar and taking out including removal, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

S&F 150mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm thick Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

S&F 200mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 200mm thick Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

M & L for Providing, precast cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

M & L for TMT bar 10mm and cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally for hoping for column hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -In - Charge.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain, making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (½ round of ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150/200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) below or above ground level n exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type B-2, 75 mm thick (20 mm graded stone agg ) finishing cement concre surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays as per directed).

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40 mm graded stone agg ) finishing cement concre surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

M & L 50 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40 mm graded stone agg ) finishing cement concre surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge.

M&L in repairs machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking colour paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment incl old dismantling, complete.

All as per item no. 24 here-in-before but except paver.

M&L 25 to 40 mm thick sand cushioning for interlocking tiles including well rammed and consolidation all as per direction by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socket in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, wall, floors or laid in sunken floors, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 110 mm PVC bends,branch piece or similar fitting as reqd to make the system functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 100 mm cast iron soil waste and vent pipe, sand cast pipes in any length with or without ears jointed with cement mortar (1:3) laid in trenches or in floors or on wall fixed in repair including taking down existing pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item here-in-before but 75 mm -ditto-

S&F 100 mm cast iron bends in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item here-in-before above but 75 mm.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks of capacity 500 lts (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position with ball valve, including dismantling existing water storage tanks (PVC/RCC) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 75 mm dia cast iron FLOOR TRAP/NAHANI TRAP ,with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern ) including connection to drain and flushing pipe antisyphonic pipes etc.

Cleaning & clearing of underground sewage line of size upto 200 mm bore pipe.(including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground and any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes (Sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off in covered containers at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -In –charge. Note:-1. Contractor shall bring the high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV within 72 hours after the requirement has been notified by the Engineer-in-Charge in the site order book. 2. If contractor fails to bring the machine within 72 hours and in case of occurrence of blockage after this period contractor will clear the blockage within 24 hours at his own cost, failing which a panel recovery will be levied.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 11000.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
