Taking up cast iron mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of size 100 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up cast iron mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead of size 80 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast 100 mm dia size class LA, in any length laid in trenches including jointing materials complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Earth work and CI fittings shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

S&F CI fittings for connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth 150 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cast iron sluice valve class (stainless steel spindle) of 100 mm bore conforming to IS 14846-2000, PN-1.0, with flanged and drilled ends any pattern including necessary jointing and jointing materials (with rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of cast iron sluice valve class (stainless steel spindle) of 80 mm bore conforming to IS 14846-2000, PN-1.0, with flanged and drilled ends any pattern including necessary jointing and jointing materials (with rubber gasket, bolts and nuts etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up steel tubing/GI pipe (including all fittings) for removal of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up steel tubing/GI pipe (including all fittings) for removal of size 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up steel tubing/GI pipe (including all fittings) for removal of size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking up steel tubing/GI pipe (including all fittings) for removal of sizes 80 mm and 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F of GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and laid in trenches/wall/roof etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following sizes:-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth in any type of soil and getting out for levelling of bottom surfaces to required level for removing of old pipes or laying of new pipeline complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm in cement mortar (1:6) including PCC (1:3:6) type-C-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate and plastering the wall from inside and outside the chamber in cement mortar (1:6) provisioning of angle iron frame 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm thick and 3 mm thick MS plate as chamber cover with locking arrangement and providing of red oxide primer with two coats of synthetic enameled paint all as required including demolition of existing chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
