M&L for servicing of 1.5/2.0TR capacity window/split type AC disconnect from electric connection and open suction & dicharge pipe from outer unit , such as removing/ scrach dust with iron brush, cleaning condessor unit, compressor, cooling coil/cleaning of fan blade/ cleaning of filter of inner unit etc, including (check thermostate, starting capacitior,running capacitor) with water & air blower, at the site and reinstall at the same place including Re-filling of refregerent Gas as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/up defective AC (Window/Split Type) 1.5 TR capacity, transportation from MES Store Yard/Site to workshop and back including re-fixing /re-installing after taking out defective/burnt rotary type compressor sealed unit including flushing of condenser and charging with required quantity of appropriate refrigerant gas including re-connection of electric connections, functioning AC complete in all respect and testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Item No 1 to 3:- (i) Change of spare parts shall be measured separately under relevant item here-in-after as supply only rates fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. Old replaced material has to be shown to Engr-in-Charge measured under sch of credit. (ii) Refreigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as required to fill as per requirement/manufacturer instruction excluding measurement of gas filled by OEM).

All as per Item No. 2 above but AC (Window/Split Type) 2.0 TR Capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new compressor sealed unit of suitable capacity/ model in the unit properly for 1.5 TR window type AC, ISI marked from authorised dealer, for fixing against defective parts of AC taking down under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only suitable capacity/ model condensing coil unit copper for window type AC 1.0 Ton/1.5 Ton/ 2 Ton capacities ISI marked for fixing against defective parts of AC taking down under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only condensing coil unit for split type AC 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR for fixing against defective parts of AC taking down under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only new compressor sealed unit of suitable capacity/ model in the unit properly for 1.5/2.0 TR split type AC, ISI marked for fixing against defective parts of AC taking down under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-installation and re-commissioning air conditioner (1.5TR, 2.0TR) split type/window type AC (1.5/2.0) TR electric driven (single phase) comprising for split type AC one inner unit, one outer unit with servicing and installed at site including making connection with copper tubes from inner unit to outer unit including filling of refrigerant gas as required and electrically connecting up and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / maintenance and overhauling to servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 KVA to 5 KVA from position, open the outer covers, overhauling the complete unit by cleaning with suitable cleaning materials and replacement of minor spares such as fuse, diodea, carbon brushes & holders, internal electric wiring and electronic accessories and insulate properly by varnshing, greasing, CRC spraying complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares such ac voltmeter, ammeter, MCB, toggle switch, PCB board and relays measured and paid separately under respective items and labour cost deemed to include in quoted rates for replacement of spares. Old replaced material has to be shown to Engr-in-Charge measured under sch of credit.

M&L for removing the unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 to 5 KVA from position, open the outer covers, remove the burnt out winding from the dry transformer/servo motor/ rotor winding and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire, insulate properly by varnishing,greasing,CRC spraying, setting/ testingof buck/boost relay, replacement of U/s minor electrinic parts, assemble back & fixing in its original position including testing for proper functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) Three run of single core 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, 4.0 Sqmm size with multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable (with colour code), drawn through and including PVC casing capping of suitable size wirh ISI marked medium grade including all accessories of casing caping as approved by EIC, including PVC insulated unsheathed 4.0 Sqmm cable with multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated as continuous earth conductor cable connected to main switches /DB's or common earth duly and including making good the disturbed surface as per existing matching, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Three run of single core 4.0 sqmm cable & one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
