M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (200x200mm) x 7mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (200x200mm) x 7mm thick, in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc.floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match

M&L Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls plastered or unolastered, chalk whiting on plastered surfaces of walls preparatory to distempering and distempering with oil emulsion distemper white or tinted two coats

Taking down & Refixing in same opening Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each
