Improvement to Headworks of Haripur MIP (D/W) in Naktideul Block of Sambalpur District under Improvement to Diversion Weir scheme for 2026-27.

Clearing shrub jungle uprooting of stumps and small bushes below 1M girth on premeasu-rement including grass and other wild vegetation and disposal of the unserviceable materials away from the work site including all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation,loading,unloading and carriage by mechanical means in all kinds of soil including stoney earth,gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 0.5cum size with all lift and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.(Measurement is to be taken on finished level section.)

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50M lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand with all lead and lift including dressing and levelling with cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as directed by the Engg.-in-charge.

Cement concrete M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials, machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royality & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M20 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20mm down graded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials, machineries and labouer with all lead for materials upto the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lift/delift upto 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royality & other taes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding of uncoated HYSD rod for concrete works and tying the grills and placing in position for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement and lapping where necessary and all labour and T&P required for the work including supply of binding wire with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost of steel bar of any reinforcement complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & removing rigid smooth steel centering and shuttering for R.C.C. work and dismantling them after casting with all cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials labour, T&P materials required for this item complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all lead and lift including dressing and levelling with cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as directed by the Engg.-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments to all height with hard broken stone of 15cm to 30 cm weighting 140 lbs/ cft of approved quality,quarried and free from weathered skin to proper slope and level including packing the interstices with small broken stones incliuding cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials required for the work to proper slope and level etc with supply of all labour & T&P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer -in- charge
